This is one of the best places if you're craving for an unforgettable Indian/Nepalese dining experience in Bryan/College Station area. This review is based on my recent visits which was a revelation, a symphony of flavors that left a lasting impression. While every dish was excellent, the Palak Paneer, Kadhayi Paneer, Kadhayi Chicken, Goat Curry, papadam, and garlic naan were nothing short of spectacular.
To start, the papadam arrived perfectly crisp and light, providing an ideal, crunchy introduction to the meal. It was quickly followed by the garlic naan, which was soft, fresh, and generously topped with fragrant garlic and herbs. It was the perfect vehicle for scooping up every last bit of the incredible curries.
The Palak Paneer was a masterpiece of classic comfort food. The vibrant green of the spinach was a testament to its freshness, and the creamy, velvety texture was a perfect foil for the cubes of soft, melt-in-your-mouth paneer. It was rich without being heavy, and the delicate spices allowed the natural flavors to shine.
Next up, the Kadhayi Paneer and Kadhayi Chicken proved that this kitchen knows how to balance heat and flavor with precision. The signature kadhayi masala was deeply aromatic and robust, clinging perfectly to the tender pieces of paneer and chicken. The bell peppers and onions were cooked to perfection, retaining a slight crunch that added a wonderful texture to the rich, spicy gravy. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavor.
However, the star of the show was undoubtedly the Goat Curry. This dish alone is worth the trip. The goat meat was incredibly tender, falling off the bone with the slightest touch. The curry itself was a complex tapestry of spices—deep, earthy, and aromatic, with a warmth that was perfectly balanced. It had a wonderful depth of flavor that can only be achieved through careful, slow cooking.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere at Aroma was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly which is one of the best in town. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu and ensured my dining experience was flawless.

Read moreWe recently enjoyed a delightful Sunday lunch at Indian Nepalese Delight, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
We started with the hot and sour soup, which was perfectly spiced and had just the right balance of flavors. It was a great way to warm up for the main course.
For our main dishes, we ordered Chana Masala and Matter Paneer. The Chana Masala was delicious, with tender chickpeas in a rich, flavorful sauce that was both hearty and satisfying. The Matter Paneer was equally impressive, featuring soft paneer cubes and peas in a creamy tomato-based sauce that was simply irresistible.
To accompany our mains, we had the Bullet Naan, which added a wonderful kick with its spicy seasoning. The naan was freshly baked, soft on the inside with a perfect crispy exterior, and it paired excellently with the Chana Masala and Matter Paneer.
The service was top-notch throughout our meal. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate our needs, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, Aroma provided a fantastic meal with excellent service, and we look forward to returning soon to explore more of their delicious menu. Highly...
Read moreThis place is really flavorful although you could get up to the $20 range if you are very hungry and want to get full. The server was very helpful with what is good at the restaurant, and listed out lots of options for consideration. My favorites were the saag paneer and chicken saag. They are very similar in flavor since the base curry is the same, but I thought the chicken had a more buttery or depth in the curry while the paneer had more of a creamy texture. The butter chicken had a very creamy base texture and good spice to it. So I recommend if you like a tangy creamy base. The chicken 65 appetizer was very good since you can choose your spice. The mild had a lot of flavor and easy to share with others. There was a mint sauce that accompanied it, which i thought was an good addition with the chicken 65, although different to flavors I normally have.
Vindaloo at mild was still decently spicy, but it was very flavorful and worth it if you can handle more spice.
Provides 1 complimentary water bottle, but must order more if you want another bottle.
Naan was not remarkable by itself, but that's to be expected.
Mango lassi was very creamy and...
