I do DoorDash for a living and I was there late last night (2/16/23) and before I walked in the store I opened up the door for female customer as she thanked me politely for doing so.
There were two young ladies hosting in the front. I felt hostility coming from the taller Woman as I asked for the customer's order. They said it would be a 15 minute wait and the restaurant wasn't even busy at that point. But, nevertheless, I waited in my car, no problem.
As I waited the DD customer asked me to tell them to make sure all the sauces and napkins are in the bag before they tie it up. So, I walked back in and seen the taller Woman wiping the front door windows and asked her if she could make sure the DD customer has his requests fulfilled and she gave me a bad attitude as she said "they will make sure it's all in there" with a "brush me off" attitude. That wasn't good enough for me.
I was expecting her to go back there and tell them to make sure, so I took it upon myself to walk to the kitchen in the back and let one of the male servers know. He as well gave me the same "I don't want to deal with you" attitude but he decided to take it a step further and actually say something.
At this time, I decided to sit inside and wait in the closest table booth behind the wall that separates the booth from the hosts in the front and the podium stand that they were behind. All I heard was loud laughing while they played on the phone leading me to believe that the taller Woman was purposely being hostile towards me. Anyways, I waited while they entertained themselves and finally the food arrived 15 minutes later.
The Woman who gave me the food was very polite and I thanked her and got up to leave. As I left I said goodnight to the young ladies and the shorter one said goodnight back while the taller one...
Read moreWhen we arrived the restaurant was about 1/3 occupied. We were asked if a table was okay. We said we would prefer a booth. They took us to a table anyway. We ordered our drinks and appetizers; and waited for the server to come back so that we could order. She was at the bar laughing and talking to the bartender and mot really concerned about her guests. She finally came and I ordered a well done filet and my husband ordered a medium rare steak. When the food arrived she told us to check our steaks. When I cut in to my well done; blood ran out. She said she would take it back. In the meantime my husband bit into a bite of his and it was cold. So he asked her to take his back. Some lady with long blond hair and glasses came out with my steak and asked me to check it. It was still blood red for a well done steak. I told her just forget it. I will eat my vegetables and take the steak for my pups. She gets rude and starts telling me next time I order I need to request my steak be butterflied if I want it well done. My husband speaks up and says we have always had great service here but I don't like you telling my wife what she should have done; when she isn't the one cooking the steak. So he tells her. Just give us our ticket for what we ate and we're ready to leave. A other short shorthaired women comes out and says she doesn't like our attitude and we need to leave. So she tells us to get out. She's following behind us and the other woman is running behind her saying they didn't pay. Making us look like we were the problem and a thief in font of the other employees and guests. Worst customer service ever. And to be treated as if we were the problem because they didn't prepare our food the way it was ordered. Will NEVER go back and will tell EVERYONE how horrible they treat...

We were seated immediately, hostest got us our high chair and everything was off to a good start. Then our server brought us some rolls, and this is when it all fell apart. As soon as he drops the rolls off he goes to get our drinks and i noticed a bug, about the size of a cooked rice grain, stuck in the very top of the butter container. When our server arrived I handed him the butter and said there was a bug, he did not appear shocked at all and proceeded like nothing had happened. Then he struggled to understand what we were trying to order our son who can't have cheese. We ordered him a Roadie without cheese, NO CHEESE my wife clearly said after he said, "Mac and Cheese for a side?" When he left we considered leaving but decided to stay since the bug thing happens pretty much everywhere. However we soon regretted this when he brought out our sons food.........a plate of Mac and Cheese. So then we said, no we ordered a Roadie with no cheese. He apologized and went back. Ok I said, the kids were load when he took the order, should be fine now. When he brings the entire order out, this man walks up with a Roadie WITH cheese. This time I spoke up, clearly saying that my son is lactose intolerant and cannot have cheese. He goes and fixes him a new burger. We eat, we payed, we left. Never returning this place has failed to satisfy on two separate occasions, and this time it just felt like they did not care about it.
First Review:Steak tested burnt, though it did not appear to be. My wife's sides were messed up. The waitress did not write our order down and had to come back to get half of it again. Usually a good place, must have just been...
