I gave "1 Star" because you have to choose at least one. Today was the last straw for me...the McDonald's at this location has never been a very pleasant establishment to visit...the people are rude, the service is non-existent, the quality of food is poor and most of the people there have no people skills. I knew better than to stop there early this morning, but I did anyway. One drive thru lane was marked off, so I went thru the other lane, ordered a sausage McMuffin, Hash brown and small Dr. Pepper - the lady actually spoke clearly and was very nice while taking my order and while taking my money. I pulled up to the next window and a guy asked me, "What do you drink besides Dr. Pepper?" I replied, "Nothing." He said, "We don't have Dr. Pepper, would you like something else?" I said, "No, not really." He said, "Coffee?" I asked, "How much would a caramel macchiato cost?" An older lady, standing in the area behind him forcefully said, "No. She ain't gettin' no McCafe item." The guy looked at me, looked away shrugging his shoulders and asked if I would like a refund. I said yes and he spoke up, "Refund needed at window." That same lady went to the counter register and rang up my refund then basically shoved the money into his hand. I said, "Excuse me...ma'am." She rudely said, "yeah” I said, "just so you know, I offered to purchase a caramel macchiato in place of my Dr. Pepper, and for you to say that I cannot have one is very rude." She said, "What was rude?" I said, "You were by telling me I couldn't purchase a McCafe item." She said, "I wasn't talking to you. I didn't say you can't buy something." I said, "yes you did...you told him that I ain't gettin' a McCafe item." She said, "I told him you couldn't exchange a dolla drink for a coffee." I said, "No ma'am that is not what you said, but if so, you spoke out of turn because I wasn't trying to exchange anything - I offered to pay for it." She started to raise her voice telling me she is not rude and that she didn't say any of that...I drove away...for the last...
Read moreYou have a leadership issue at this location. It is evidenced by my visit to your store tonight. We came to this location around 10:15pm. I would check my receipt for the exact time but I opted not to get it. We placed our order in the drive thru and ordered 3 #5's with coke, coke no ice, and sprite, 2 of them with hot mustard and 1 with ranch, and a McChicken sandwich. Our total came to $20.14. I thought this odd but pulled forward to pay. As usual they said our order back to me and I had to correct her. She said 3 10pc nuggets and so on. I then told her we had 3 #5's. She then proceeded to tell me they had no fries. That explains why it was only 20 and change. My wife was hungry so we said fine. Went to next window and got our food and left. We get home to find ... NO straws, NO hot mustard, we got sweet and sour instead. I'm not sure how you mix up the name let alone the color of the celephane cover, but they did. I opened my box and had only 9, not 10 nuggets, the other 2 had 10. The real problem was they were ice cold. Have you ever had to microwave your chicken nuggets?? I used to work in the restaurant business for a major franchise. When we were out of something, I went to another store and borrowed inventory if needed to not have to 86 something. I find it hard to believe that no one could drive to the I-30 location a few miles down the road to get fries, especially since I can probably assume it is owned by the same franchisee. Honestly, had we been told at the menu board you were out of fries, we would have gone to Burger King or Wendy's. Not your finest hour, considering you had only 2 other cars in...
Read moreThe Bryant Arkansas afternoon shift seems like it's being managed by a bunch of immature 9th and 10th graders who are being inconvenienced from social hour to rudely run the drive-thru and with as to be expected the last 5times I've been with an order consisting $23-$27 each time...THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT AND/OR UNDERCOOKED. Yesterday I tried the new peanut butter crunch mcflurry I ordered a small and all it was was Vanilla Ice cream in a small cup with a little tiny bit of peanut butter stuff sprinkled on the top and when I say a little bit I mean not even a 1/2 of a teaspoon worth Of stuff that is supposed to be mixed into the ice cream, not as a topping. And when I said something about it, I was given attitude bc i asked for it to be stirred-I did not even ask for a new one. so I just told them never mind give it back to me. It was supposed to be a treat for my daughter who had a terrible first day of Kindergarten and I just left very upset and angry Because I had a 5year old Autistic child in the back seat whose day was completely out of sync which caused manic episides the rest of the day because her mcflurry wasn't right. I don't even bother calling and complaining because nothing ever happens. I'm offered complimentary Discount or free item on my next order, and I've Never had success on claiming the promo. I've bout had it with my trips to McDonald's which really sucks because we all love the franchise... But the negative experiences are starting to outweigh the good. I think that the young teeny-bopper high school immature atmosphere matched with their rudeness Pushes a lot of customers to...
