We are very regular customers of Scooter's. My husband and I primarily use the Corporate Drive location in North Little Rock. I've been over charged two times now at this bryant location. Also drinks made incorrectly with whip and without the extra caramel and shots paid for. When told about it the workers didn't seem to care, didn't offer a solution, and didn't re make our drink(s). Why pay extra for things you don't receive. At our regular store we pay 10 dollars tops for our drinks and get what we actually want. Here I'm being charged one to two dollars extra!!! Will be the absolute last time we go to that location. Recently called to ask for the corporate number so we could have the owners call us and one of the girls completely lied to the owner claiming my husband yelled at her on the phone. He himself is a store manager, he simply did not and would not do that. So again instead of being offered a refund or to make it better, I feel like my husband's and my experiences there were then down played and he told that kindness goes a long way! So because the barista "somehow felt she was being yelled at" they won't make it better. I expected a okay sorry about that let's make it better. Where tf is my extra shots that I paid for?! Why does my coffee have whip cream ?!? I state no whip.EVERYTIME. Whip upsets my stomach so thanks so very much!! So now once again I can't drink my coffee, no I shouldn't have to drive 25 minutes to make it right each time. Thanks for nothing Yall should just get it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo here me when I say this, I dislike most breakfast foods that I don't cook myself or is made in a professional kitchen and that's due to quality and taste of ingredients. I like some of theirs, but what I dislike is solely on personal taste. Everything I have received has been fully cooked, of decent texture, and most of all correct to order. My favorite food item has been the mini donuts though and i HATE cake donuts but these little bites of joy are approved!! The coffees are pretty great my favorite has been a tie between a classic iced mocha with heavy cream and 1 additional espresso shot oooorrr this autumn carmel crunch iced coffee with heavy cream and 1 additional espresso shot. The blender versions are just as good I just tend to drink those faster than the iced version, hot versions also pretty good though its too hot for me right now to want hot coffee that early. The quenchers they have are great I've had all the flavors currently available and I dare say the strawberry lime is top dog. You can taste too much green tea in the peach one but if you like that you'll like this personally I dislike green tea but committed to trying the menu. Sparkling once are very nice. I bet this place could pull off a nice cranberry orange scones or muffin. Also im allergic to cinnamon and apples so I cannot speak on any item with cinnamon or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreListen, I like it, it's a decent coffee shop however I think the staff is lack luster. Lately in the mornings there's been better people but stop in the afternoon or get certain ones and you may have to listen to some young buck or teeny bopper whine about their petty problems and how it's too busy or too slow or they have to do things they don't want to which is not a pleasant experience. Aside from that their prices are a little pretentious for what your getting. Almpst 7$ for a small coffee and a little over 11$ after tax for XL iced coffee ? I'd been better off making it at home but sometimes I just don't have the time and I get that's the point the convenience of it but personally as a hard working american I feel that's over priced even for the area. The picture below is the XL iced coffee...
