I would never take the time to leave a bad review because everyone has those days, but….I came through drive-through on Monday 9/23 around 6 pm. The screen was out and said the system was down …. So I assumed after sitting for bit and no one coming on the intercom and the screen saying what it did I needed to pull around to the window to order, no big deal. I got to the window and ask the boy if I could order because I wasn’t sure it the screen/intercom was working. He went and was asking a person who I heard start yelling “ people need to stop skipping line and they are liars, all these people just pulling around! Obviously if that many people are driving around to window sayin that there is an issue,!!!! Either way you just don’t act like that in front of customers. He seemed to not really know how to handle the situation…. So the same lady that was yelling and being rude comes to take my order at the window (Note in between taking my order mouthing the same stuff… I’m bout to tell these people they can come inside they are liars the speaker works…which is what told me that’s who was yelling. Then she walks away still yelling and yells to the boy tell her to pull up! I pulled up and was just going to speak with the manager about what I had just experienced.. when the boy brought my food out I ask if that was his manager because I noticed she was wearing a black shirt and he said yes. This is why I’m writing on here…. I can honest say I have never had such bad customer service in my life… that lady needs to really think about a different career to where she does not have to be involved with people. I mean not only that you have a manager running around acting like that.. that’s true leadership right there, such a great role model!!!! I really hope not too many customers did not hear her acting that way! I come to Wendy’s a lot and it saddens me that I will have to drive out my way to a different...
Read moreWORST Wendy's in the state!!! Drove in between 9-10....cars wrapped around the building....get to the ordering station, and the mic was out. Stayed in line, because I was just wanting a little treat on my special day, and a Frosty didnt seem too bad of a splurge. After waiting for over 30 min, we finally get to the window to order and the girl says, "Sorry, we're closed!"! I said...you mean to tell me all these people in front of me has taken this long to leave when you're closed (as I was the last vehicle in the drive thru and it was now 1015 pm.) She redponded, that car, pointing to the 1 driving away was the last customer. I said, you see that I'm the very last car, you know I'm only wanting a Frosty, and you wont take my order after I've waited in line this long, when your mic is broken? Then she got sarcastic, and said....well she just came and took my drawer. I honestly could no longer even waste my energy on the incompetence! I'm hoping the franchise manager and/or owner reads this!!!!! Pathetic customer service!!!!! So I drove downn the road to Burger King to see what kind of ice cream they may have. The young man suggested 2 different desserts. I told him to just surprise me when I got to the window and I'd pay him when I got there....., and did he ever! He charged me for 1 and paid my other as he wanted me to try both for my day! Sooooo very sweet! Now, that's how you treat a customer!🥳...

I literally just left and it took almost 1 WHOLE HOUR in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled up because the "workers" (actually children,) were too busy running outside and cutting up and playing to actually do their job. I asked the teenager at the window what took so long once I finally had my food and she said they were understaffed. Understaffed means you don't have enough people, having enough people but nobody that cares to do their job just makes you lazy and childish. I pulled around the building to leave and two cooks and what looked to be a manager were outside talking to someone at a car that was blocking my way. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to and possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food chain. Gas is too expensive to sit idling for an hour and the fact that mcdonalds can get you through the drive thru in 20 minutes or less with cars wrapped around the building tells you this place is poorly managed and only hires kids that could care less how they treat people that actually work for their money and come to spend it there. I strongly advise everyone to go across the street to McDonald's instead. Would give no stars...
