Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Buda

Pizza was fine, HOWEVER I will never order from this location again. My son’s middle school provided us with a flyer for a fundraiser night with Marcos Pizza. 20% of sales would be donated to them. They gave us a coupon code to enter and a fundraiser code. Neither worked when trying to order online. And when I called the store, the associate seemed clueless to what I was talking about. I had to repeat everything. I don’t even think the fundraiser thing was accounted for. After placing the order I was told 22 min for it to be delivered. About 40 min later I get a text from a del driver saying they needed the correct address. I was confused and provided the address again. To which I got a response: “this is address hotel. I right map” No idea what that meant so I sent the address AGAIN. To which I got no response. After 10 min I called the number and the driver was extremely rude and stated “yeah I already found it. 5min” Another 10 min later he calls me and says he was outside with my pizza. I’ve never had to literally walk out to the street to get my pizza. It made me extremely nervous. I will never order with this restaurant again. I was just trying to participate in the fundraiser for my son’s school. But...

We've been ordering from this location for over 4 years. Even though we've moved out of their delivery area. Over the last year, their pizza has slowly gone down hill, along with their customer service. I used to have a 5 star review posted, but deleted it. The last few times of picking up our pizza, the staff has been unbelievably rude. We put up with their attitude because we liked the pizza, but tonight even that changed. My brother in law found a hair in his pizza. It was actually baked into the crust. IN THE CRUST! He held up his pizza by the hair! I have video. I wanted to report it to corporate, but the there's no email address to contact them by. They specify to contact the store directly. That won't do any good. It doesn't go above the store level. So this is how I decided to let them know. Marcos gas lost...

Moved here from Chicago 2 months ago. First time we ordered it was great. 2nd time not so. Guy that took our order lied about not having plates. Normally not a big deal except we had it delivered to the last performance of Grease. Also was poorly cut. Glad the driver had some napkins as that was also a request with the pizza. Normally no biggie for any of this if delivered to my home. I have what I need there up to and including a pizza machete the only positive was it was delivered and a 35%tip was given to the driver. Why should she suffer working around people that don’t have it together. If I order again it’ll be from home. I’d rather drive the 30 minutes to eat at Rosatis in Cedar park. Sad thing was there are a multitude of locals that saw how bad of a situation that were as appalled and didn’t experience...
