I place an order for delivery on the Papa John's app. When I received my order both of my pizzas were smashed. I called the store and they said that they can give me my money back or remake me some more. I agreed to have some remade, but this time I would pick my food up myself and I also asked the tem member could I get a credit or some type of compensation since I had to drive to the store which is 20 mins away from my house. He said that I could speak with the manager when I got there. When I arrived, I explained that my sides were cold and the General Manager named Tiffany told me there wasn't anything she could do to help me and to contact Doordash to assist me. I contacted doordash and they had me contact Papa John's help desk to further assist me. When I spoke with the help desk rep he contacted the manager and they told him they would be willing to give me another pizza. I explained that I already drove to the store and this behavior is unacceptable. The rep told me he would put in a ticket for a complaint for the store and someone would contact me in 48 hours. I will believe it, when I actually receive the call. Please do yourself a favor and just order pizza from Conan's on Stassney for good...
Read moreI want to like this location but, I've had multiple issues with delivery. I order frequently and they can't find my house and just completly abandon my order about 80% of the time. What makes the situation even worse is that there never seems to be any attempt to try and correct their driver situation internally or compensate me for their short comings and retain my buisness as a repeat customer. Wack you guys.
Update: Tried to call and reorder an abandoned order and see if they would at least wave the delivery fee. The manager was fairly unapologetic as she insisted she had personally called me(no missed calls, shocking) and rather than wave the delivery fee for their short comings as far as knowledge of the loacl area she stated that they would, "remake your pizza if you want and try our best to find your house"(as if she were being magnanimous just in going that far) and that there was no way to get to me sooner than 30 minutes, after I had waited over an hour and 15 minutes. Read moreWe placed an order for delivery. When our order arrived, we noticed our wings and soda were missing. We called the store and they told us our wings had been given to someone else. They said they would redeliver the wings and soda and that they would take another 40mins. Unfortunately when we opened the rest of the order we noticed that we were given someone else's order. We called the store once again but no answer. We ended up driving to the location to return the order because at this point we were done. When we got to the location we explained to them that they gave us the wrong order. Not once did they apologize and they told us that the wings and soda were out for delivery and that they wouldn't be able to give us our money back for them. By this time we didn't care. I also had a free cookie for my birthday that I lost with this screw up. We are really upset over all this because we really loved there pizza.
