made a mobile order. went to drive through. missed the speaker, and didn't think much of it since i already placed a mobile order.. when i went to the window, they asked me to go to the back to wait, blaming me for not giving them a warning. i do not mind waiting, but i can feel the staff rolling her eyes and telling me "next time bah bah bah". i already admitted my mistake, no need to treat me like i am an idiot.
i didn't like the attitude. i never complain on staff. i defend the staff when leaving a bad review (you can read my other reviews). maybe they are understaffed and overworked, but i really did not like the attitude, and i am a very patient man.
call me crazy, but my mobile order should have been prepared by the time i got to the window, as it was about 15 minutes in line.
on top of that, i wasted my free drink because they messed it up. no peppermint. no extra shot. this one, i cannot forgive, because i waited and saved points for a good drink, and this is what i got.
this experience will probably mark the end of my starbucks trips, if they cannot even guarantee their own reward system.

   Read moreI like this Starbucks and I like the workers. My problem is one that happens at this location and many others that I've visited. I order an Iced Caramel Macchiato whenever I pass through town and it really is about a 50/50 chance of receiving one that actually tastes good. I know Starbucks has a recipe in place for it's drinks but it seems to me that they are not followed consistently. It is obvious that about half the time my drink is missing something be it the vanilla syrup, the correct amount of espresso, or even the right amount of ice. I guess it wouldn't sting quite as bad if I wasn't paying 5 and a half dollars for a drink. I know these places can get extremely busy but this happens sometimes even when it's slow. I'm not writing this review to bash anyone, but hopefully some of the people working here will read this and realize that when they actually take the time and put forth the effort to make these drinks according to the recipe, it really does make...

We went through drive thru and I ordered a Tall Salted Caramel Mocha (and specified it was hot), one Grande Iced Maple Pecan Latte with Cold Foam, and one Grande Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino made with soy and no whip. All of my Starbucks stickers were labeled correctly, but I'm fairly certain all of my drinks were wrong. They gave me no cold foam on my Maple pecan latte to start and I gave it back to be remade. When my pumpkin spice Frappuccino was handed to me it looked really light in colour like they made a cream based Frappuccino instead (but in honesty we can't tell for sure). And then for my salted caramel mocha they handed me yet another Frappuccino instead of my hot drink. At this point we'd been in the drive thru some 5-7 minutes and I wasn't about to wait longer for more drinks to be remade. Just ended up being a rather unpleasant visit that could have been much better had a little more...
