The Habit Burger Grill — Restaurant in Buellton

The other night my wife went to the habit to grab dinner to go. When she got home (5-7) the burgers were wrong and the fries soggy. It was 8pm and we live over 7 miles away. So I called to let them know for the second time they again failed their service and quality of food. We spoke with a female who answered the phone and she told us that they would make it right and appologized only to find out today when we went to get this corrected that they train managers to give proper information....and that because I was not given a name and did not know that it was my responsibility that i wasnt trained by them to get a name and that it was unfortuatly too bad. The quality of food here has dropped significantly since they opened...this is the second time that we actually informed them...cause they didnt do it right the first complaint, however there were several times prior that is actually the reason that we felt the need to make a call to begin. We normally would eat here several times amonth with our entire family...paying over $70 each time when we dine here. It is no longer a place that we will be paying to enjoy...cause they dont make it that way and back their service the way a establishment should. Poor customer service.
