Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Buena Park

Update - 2025 - they've gotten better. The employee who would normally do all these mistakes doesnt work there anymore(or im just not seeing her) so it's gone back up from where they were at. So thankful

Update-yeah not coming back, they gave me two chicken sandwiches when I asked for a jumbo jack, didnt out sausage in my breakfast Jack's, and for some reason they've never had vanilla for iced coffees when it's listed on the menu. Sure it's one or two things wrong because new server, but I can only handle so much in one order.

Usually get good service, though one out of 5 times with drive thru, the person manning it gets it wrong, or misheard what your telling them, on Sunday. So just a heads up on that, check your food, or...

Went through drive-thru and the employee was not friendly, but wasn't at the point of being rude yet. I ordered a large iced coffee. She was handing me a regular size. I told her that I ordered large. The I ordered a shake for my 88 year old mother, who was with me, that was supposed to be large as well. She was handing me a regular size. I had to correct that. Then I asked for someone else to help us. When we finally got everything done and drove off, I gave my mom her curly fries. They were not only not hot, they were COLD. They should have been in the garbage. They had to have known that those fries were not hot. I will never go back there again. If they can get their food...

This place was a real downer to the day. We waited 20min for our meals. Mind you noone else was in line in front of us in the drive through. After receiving our meal, all the fries were cold. I had to go inside to get fresh fries and noticed they like three baskets of fries prepared just sitting under the light. Again we were the only customers. After getting the food back to the room, our plain burger had extra sauce, the munchies meal was the burger, but the chicken I ordered and the put noone of the sauces in the bag.
