Thank You Judy! Thereâs something incredibly special about starting your day on a positive note and for anyone who's ever walked into the Paris Baguette in Buena Park at 6:30 in the morning, that note often begins with one name: Judy.
From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with Judyâs warm, radiant smile and a ânice seeing youâ. Every. Single. Morning.
Judy somehow remembers your face, your favorite drink, and will often have it already started before you even reach the counter, which is always in my case. Itâs a small gesture, but it speaks volumes. That kind of attention to detail, is deeply appreciated.
Customer service these days can often feel robotic or rushed, but not with Judy. She goes above and beyond, not because she has to, but because thatâs just who she is. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and more importantly, in the people she serves. Thereâs a calmness and kindness in her that makes the early morning feel less like a chaotic.
So if you ever find yourself in Buena Park, do yourself a favor: swing by Paris Baguette early in the morning and if youâre lucky enough to be greeted by Judy, make sure you return that smile and say a warm hello. Because people like her donât just make good mornings, they...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting a Paris Baguette and I was delighted with my experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a large selection of tasty pastries and desserts presented in a beautiful glass display. After locating the trays and tongs (they were a bit hidden away), I quickly grabbed myself a few goodies. It was difficult to figure out what I wanted but luckily all the items werenât overly pricey. I did have an issue with one of the glass cabinets that refused to close.
After deciding on the cream tart and the sausage bread, I headed up to the counter to pay. The lady up front was super sweet but I wished she had let me know that they could heat up my bread. The total came out to under $8 which isnât too bad for two items.
The dining area of the bakery was pretty spacious, there were a bunch of booths and couches for customers to lounge on. Most of the area was clean and the seat I chose was comfortable and soft. Out of the two items I got, I enjoyed the cream tart a bit more. The flaky crust complimented the creamy filling and it wasnât overly sweet. The sausage bread wasnât too bad either, if it had been warm, I think I would have liked...
Read moreI recently had a terrible experience with Paris Baguette that left me extremely frustrated. I placed an order for $46 worth of baked goods, expecting the usual fresh and timely service. However, after just two minutes, I called to cancel the order due to an unexpected change in plans. To my surprise, they refused to cancel it, claiming the food was already prepared. Are you kidding me? There's no way $46 worth of baked goods were made in just two minutes.
What made things worse was the terrible customer service. The staff/Ubereats seemed indifferent and dismissive when I called to explain the situation. Rather than being accommodating or understanding, they were more focused on enforcing their cancellation fee, which felt like a complete rip-off. Itâs clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be going back. If you're looking for a place that values its customers, look elsewhereâParis Baguette is more interested in taking advantage of people than providing...
