The meat is super soft, tasty and delicious ! The consome - hope I spelled it correctly, is also delicious? Not being Hispanic I feel these items are Very Good!

The service is fabulous. They took the time to explain what Birria and consome is. They even offered me samples before I purchased it. Well, I found that it was all they said. Since then I've been back 5 times and with more customers.

If anyone follows my reviews you'll know how I rate customer service over the food. This place has earned 5 stars for both. Being a small business owner I know how important customer service is and how vital it is for growth / referrals!

Casually passed by this intersection a bit in a hurry so I scheduled for a later visit. I came back and couldn't pass up their special which includes two Birria tacos dorados and a small consomé in the side to dip your tacos in it, as it seems to be the new way, I rather drench the meat in my tacos with the juice. The Birria is not overly spiced, so a tiny pinch of salt and the obligated squeeze of lime it's all it needs. The price of the special is hard to pass, nowadays regular tacos are expensive and to have a specialty like Birria at this price is an excellent deal. Since I was overly excited to try the tacos, they didn't make it in the pictures, haha! For sure I have to go back and try more...

I got their tacos dorados and although they look small, they are packed with much more meat than most places. It was bomb!! The tortilla is not deep fried but it was a little crispy. The hot sauce they gave was 3.5 out of 5 for spice level, it was spicy enough for sure. They were quick to make them and they practiced social distancing guidelines. I parked in the parking lot that was next to the food truck where there were commercial buildings. The surrounding was super clean and they had trash cans available.
