This starbucks is Horrible. 1. You have to wait for a looo...oo...oong time. You could see employees running around too fast but nothing happens. Oh they are serving the drive thru (only?) 2. They mess up their order. I ordered and paid 4.75 for a latte but they gave me a plain tea. Then I told it is a latte, Barista says, no you didn't pay for it despite in the cup it is written as tea LATTE!!!! There you go!! 3. I gave my own flask to them to pour the TEA into and the employee asks, is it clean (wow! what an audacity? Don't you know that I cleaned it 10 times? why even ask. Minimum decency right. Come-on. If you don't think it is clean, it is not my mistake. Or just clean it). Read moreI think this store just had a bad day, at least for the 20 mins I was there. They screwed up at least 3 orders back-to-back including mine (the store wasn't even busy/crowded), but they rectified each of their errors - which, honestly, should have never happened in the first place. How do you just let an order sit for 10 mins? If there's no customer name on it, then you call out the order! I'm not accustomed to any Starbucks being so inefficient, but it obviously happens. Credit to my fellow customers who waited patiently - especially to the woman after me whose order was screwed up twice! Read moreAs of Friday April 21st 2023, this Starbz location looked closed, so called from the parking lot to see if they were open…. Only the drive thru was open, so drive thru and out of curiosity I asked why was Only the drive thru open…. They were under staff n was just Lola and the other employee….. We all know starbucks gets very busy and packed especially at a major busy location….. Both employees were knocking out drinks and the line was just moving in that drive thru!!! I’m very impressed, company needs to give bonuses or incentives when their employees show up for work…. They have two great employees that’s for sure, and if you ever worked in customer service then you know that is far from an easy job especially when busy and understaffed…. Great Job!!!!...
