Wingstop — Restaurant in Buena Park

I Really wanted to like this wingstop, very upsetting customer service, placed phone order, an asked in question about the 20/20 deal, the person on the phone said yes, there was the promo when i asked, " if they' were doing, the 20/20 deal for 4th july with free fries, i asked them kindly on the phone, one order of 20 bone less & 2nd order asked 20 bone in well done. Come to find out i got an upsetting cold reply oh that was the right order. When i recalled on phone i stated 1 bonless & 1 bone in. Very upsetting, an got rude reply its not wrong? When i noticed both were boned in? very overpriced. Didn't even get fries for the promo when I placed order & asked before. Just sad, Please tell em, be more mindful, an repeat the order when someones placing...

The food was okay — a bit salty, but at least it was served hot. Be prepared to wait. They told us to wait 20 minutes, even though there was no one else in the restaurant and five people were working in the kitchen. The floor was dirty and felt very sticky.

One of the male staff members had an attitude when you asked something. There were no trash cans nearby and no utensils provided — do they expect customers to use their hands to eat?
