Love love love this new hibachi and sushi place in Sarver!!! Absolute must go!!! The atmosphere was pretty cool with fusion music playing. We were a bit disappointed there were no hibachi tables where they cook in front of you, however the quality of food made up for that. The sushi was huge… no skimping here! The salad was sooooo fresh… no joke!! (You know when you go to a restaurant and get wilted lettuce… none of that here.) The plate of chicken and shrimp came out with great presentation. The meat and shrimp was perfectly cooked, the fried rice was on point, and the carrots melted in your mouth!! They had a side of their secret shrimp sauce that is a twist on yum yum sauce. I was surprised how good the sauce. They could easily bottle this to sell! Lomein did not come with the hibachi meal, but they have it for an extra charge as a side. Ordered take out for a work lunch for myself and a few coworkers. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the visit. There was a short wait once I arrived, but the hostess insisted bringing me crispy fried noodles and sweet and sour sauce and a delicious iced tea while I waited. Once the order was ready, they even helped me to my car with the two large boxes of food.

Packed neatly, and everything hand written made distributing to everyone their individual orders easy. They even included some Crab Rangoons, which were crispy still, and delicious, even with the short drive.

Food ordered was varied, but included shrimp dishes, steak and scallop dishes, chicken dishes, a General Tso's dish, and a lo-mien bowl. The food was excellent, with everyone being satisfied.

This place was really good. The Crab Rangoon was very good. There was a lot of filing and the shell was crisp without being hard.

The sushi rolls I got were pretty good. I would say a little above average for the area. So while not top of the crop still very good

The steak hibachi was fantastic. The steak was super tender and cooked just right. The flavor was good. The rice was a good balance of fluffy and full bodied so it didn't feel like an after thought. The veggies and carrots are great. Super soft while not being mushy.
