Possibly the worst fast food experience possible. Food is always cold when received, no exceptions. Food tastes like it has been sitting under heater lights for twice as long as its supposed to. Fries are always dried out and disgusting, not crunchy or anything at all. I have never received a sandwich here that was hot enough to melt the cheese they put on it. Then to top it all off, the edges of the meat are thoroughly dried out from sitting under the heater lamps for a period way past their expiration date. And just like all other burger kings, any part of the menu dealing with chicken is the most disgusting and terrible tasting thing on the planet.
The staff that works there is 5/5, but unfortunately I dont feel like having a good staff makes up for terrible quality food. I'm not sure if the poor practices causing this are caused by management enforcing some sort of cheapskate approach about saving every last dime they can especially when they overprepare for the lunch rush or whatever, or maybe the employees behind the scenes just dont care if they get people sick or if they rip off another guy for $10 for potentially the worst fast food meal of this life. All I know is whoever owns this joint needs to get this under control

Read moreThe teenage employees AND the adult manager could not have been less excited, certainly not enthusiastic and completely made use feel as though we should thank them for waiting on us. I am not a complaining person nor do I want anything in compensation for this but if I was the general manager or owner I would want to know. It was a Sunday morning and we stopped on the way to church and stood for a while as the the employees completely disregarded us. When wanted on they lacked any enthusiasm and actually seemed upset we were there all the while complaining openly to each other loudly about how much they hated their job. The adult 'superviser' was equally miserable and lethargic. Rewind the video from Sunday at about 9:45 and you will see us Now I want to be clear the sandwiches were terrific and I've always loved the place but the attitude and service were beyond terrible. The cashier was actually rude, snide and constantly rolled her eyes making crude remarks to us and about us to the staff. Read moreOne of the most miserable human interactions I've had in a very long time. No matter how often we said "thank you" for something, or just tried to be pleasant, the person working drive thru was extremely unfriendly. I truly believe you have to try very hard to be THAT grumpy. Sometimes sheer reflex from a decent upbringing causes you to respond with "you're welcome" after someone says "thank you". Not for this employee!!! I'm pretty sure it takes a conscious effort to ignore someone when they pull up to your window and say "hello" and then tell you "thank you! Have a goodnight!" when they are driving away. And to top it off, I think she was a manager (blue shirt). Where is the standard, Burger King?
