This was my first meal yesterday after recieving surgery and I regretted it deeply. Mainly for the poor customer service quality. I came here with my Mom. We were the only two people in the restaurant being served at the time.

I'm not sure if this is a family business or what. But the young lady seemed like someone was really forcing her to be there.

She didnt really bother pouring our water. She left the glasses upside down on the table. I ordered Pakora and my Mom ordered Bahji. We each ordered a bowl of coconut soup aka warmed coconut milk.

We recieved our appetizers at different times (which is fine). But the young women forgot to provide any dipping sauce with the pakora( which relies heavily on some sort of dipping sauce).

When I brought this to her attention she told us to share half eaten dipping sauce that came with my Moms Bahji. I just feel like I don't need to pay money to be bullied by a waitress.

I felt she was being particularly nasty. It was her and a friend or another waitress. I'm not sure the dynamic. I don't know what happen to her in her day but we got our bill and left shortly after that and went to another restaurant.

I was not about to argue with this girl for a dipping sauce that obviously comes with the appetizer. It is post pandemic era. Why are you telling me to share dipping sauce.

Especially with pakora like you are being disrespectful. She was treating us like we had done something wrong by...

We had the pleasure of hosting a business meeting at India Gate, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that set the perfect tone for our meeting.

Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and significantly enhanced our overall experience. This place is in middle of Hertel food district and Offers free parking to their customers.

. This is my first time ordering from this location I usually order from Elmwood and they have the best korma ever. We ordered shahi korma from this location and there was not one raisin or cashew in it! Those are two of the main ingredients of shahi korma!! i would have never ordered if i knew they were gonna leave those out. When I called and told them they said they must have "forgot" and offered nothing to make up for the fact that we wasted $35 expecting to get a dish we never got. That's why I'm giving them two stars, we paid for a certain dish, didn't get it and they didn't offer to refund it or replace it, that is not good customer service. the bread was nice and soft, bhajia appetizer was decent but the texture was spongy. will never order from this location again.
