Ricota's Pizza — Restaurant in Buffalo

I live in Virginia but am originally from Buffalo. When I return to Buffalo for a visit - I always pick up some pizza at Ricota's to take back home with me. Today I took home 6 half-baked sheet pizzas to Virginia after being up in Buffalo for the total eclipse. The folks at Ricota's did a great job having the pizzas prepped and packed up for a long ride home. Pizzas have been doled out to the neighbors who ordered them while I froze mine - after individually wrapping slices for freezing after getting home - for later baking/eating. Enjoyed a great turkey roll up and some wings in the car on the drive home. Outstanding service - outstanding food! ...

For my commercial location , i was spending 400$ a month here. in The past month ive had their delivery personnel forget 2 ltrs, sides and give me the wrong sides. The female that picks up the phone sounds miserable and has no customer service. Argues with me when i taste the blue cheese and tell her its not ranch, but what do i know?. A male tells me sides are on the house next time. The female says no when i call to get them and argues with me. You'd think a few sides are worth 400 a month. I will take my business to Casa Di Pizza downtown since they have customer service and don't...

Placed a order over the phone on October 4,2020...The guy on the phone didn't really want to be bothered to take my order... had my wife go pick up the food while I was watching the bills game... she went there and saw a cook throwing up oustide... the guy on the phone called me and asked if im picking up my food... I told him no because someone was throwing up outside... the guy on the phone said does it matter?... I said yes it matters.. covid is still in effect right now as of October 4, 2020... regardless the guy shouldn't be there with the food... never...
