Subway — Restaurant in Buffalo

This place makes no sense! We ordered 3 12 in of the same sub, except the last one had dbl meat. The first two subs the guy did 2 trays of meat. In the last he did 3...So, then he started cashing us out and charged 2 at reg price and then charged the 3rd reg plus dbl meat. I said sorry, "i think there is an error here, you charge me dbl meat for the 3rd sub, but only used extra 1 tray of meat" He then said "right, its only 1 tray of meat per sub." Rather than argue with him i looked at him and said "that makes no sense at all" and walked out. Dont worry we still paid for the food. But still. If its 3oz per 6 in. Then i should be getting 12 oz per 12 in when i ask for dbl...

This is probably one of my worst subway experiences. Starting from the location to the appearance of the store to the service, everything made me hate the choice that I made to visit this store out of all Subways in that area. First of all, the guy messed up our online orders. He didn’t have the courtesy to call us and inform that they ran out of veggie patty. So he gave us 2 veggie delite and 1 veggie patty footlong. That already screwed 3 of our 5 orders. And he gave the wrong footlongs for the remaining 2. It’s partly our fault that we didn’t check though. Highly unprofessional and the store is dirty and located in an unwelcoming, mediocre spot to put it mildly. Avoid this...

Service was terrible today at subway. In the middle of me ordering the guy ask the customer behind me what would he like and I tell him I’m not done and he says to me well you’re too slow and that he was busy (it was only one person behind me) I didn’t take long at all…I’m a respectable person and never had that happen to me before.
