Talty's Tavern — Restaurant in Buffalo

Me and friend who lives in the area went to this bar to have a good night and instead we were disrespected and treated poorly. The bartender was extremely rude and didn't even greet us until damn near 20 minutes later with an attitude as if we were wrong for being there! Then as we are ordering food the bartender literally walks away to tend to another customer..no warning! The place was dirty and was not a welcoming atmosphere. Our food was cold when it finally came out and it was disgusting. I asked why the food is cold she said "if you don't want it you don't have to eat it". Me and my friend walked out....

awful. not in any way a destination to send anyone. We are new to the neighborhood and try to check out local spots. I'm all for a good local corner dive and I'm sure this is nice for friends of the owner or workers. We felt out of place and it was so unwelcoming. We went to the back with a drink to play pool and the chain smoking bartender smoking a few feet away was gross and we wont be back. I don't miss the days of leaving a bar and wreeking of...

What can I say. It's a small bar in South Buffalo. It has shuffle board which is great and beer and booze. Last I went I left reeking of cigar for some reason despite not visible seeing anyone around the bar smoking a cigar. Had to wash everything I had on as well as myself and my hair to get rid of the smell....
