The tim hortons incompetence is well represented with this location. Their English not required drive through tellers are just the beginning. After several dozen "what did you say" and "huhs?" they finally got my order on screen and it looked good (including 2 orders of omelet bites). I go up to pay and they short me an order! They then tried to tell me an order is only a single omelet bite. After arguing they finally gave me a second container AND IT WAS EMPTY!! Hoping i would drive off without checking! They tried to rip me off! This is acceptable? Do they teach this?
And you know if that is acceptable just think what else goes on behind the scenes. If they blatantly try to rip off their customers to their face, do you think they care about expiration dates? You think if something gets dropped on the floor they have the integrity to throw it away? What about stale donuts, you think they care about that?
If you can, stay away from this location. There is another location 1.5 miles north on niagara st by the 190 ramp, 1.6 miles away on Delaware ave by kohl's, and 2 miles away on ellicot st. Hopefully these locations don't practice the tim hortons ethics code.
Also... wether you think giving money to homeless people is a good thing, or an enabling thing, you will find them here. Trying to make eye contact as you order, or wait at the pickup window.
Also, their parking lot exit has 3 no left turn signs and nobody enforces it. Maybe not tim hortons responsibility, but it can get real annoying when you're late for work and just needed a "quick"...
Read moreThe worst Tim Hortons you can go to I had the most worst experience today July 29, 2024 I was at drive thru I had order an “egg on a croissant no cheese. I was given sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The worker made a mistake I understand things happen we sometimes make mistakes I went inside to get it changed the girl at the cashier told the person to remake the food with proper instructions this time. The person at the sandwich stations decides to give me an attitude saying I should’ve said I want “egg and cheese on a crossaint. I got angry because you can’t tell me what I can order or not. Your basically telling me how I should order my food which is not the rite thing to say to a customer. Ok after that argument I go to my car to eat the food the worker had messt up my food again by putting cheese and I had to get it changed again the person that’s on a sandwich station should be fired immediately for messing up the order multiple times and provoking a argument with customers for their mistakes I hope the management takes action about this and I am expecting a apology...
