I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at the Niagara location. Unfortunately, the bartenders didn’t seem to have much knowledge about their own beers, which was surprising and a bit disappointing—especially at a well known brewery/restaurant where you expect passion and insight about what’s being served. Additionally, the prices felt noticeably higher than other breweries in the Buffalo metro area, which made the experience feel less worthwhile. I also heard mention of a cover charge on weekends, which seems unusual for a brewery setting and might turn away potential patrons. That said, I believe there’s a lot of potential here. With more staff training and a stronger focus on customer value, this could become a great destination. Hoping management takes some of this feedback to heart! ...Buffalo has an amazing craft beer scene, and I’d love to see this spot...
Read moreThe space is nice and the service was fine, but the food was terrible. We got a smash burger and chicken sandwich for $19 each (!) and the food at Burger King tastes better. We were also upcharged $5 for a side salad and $3 for tots instead of fries, which the server didn’t mention. The manager was nice enough to take those off our bill (hence the two stars) but said that that the up charges were on the menu- I checked twice to make sure I wasn’t wrong but they weren’t listed on the online menu, which was the only menu we had access to. We’ve gone to the Williamsville location lots of times and it’s been great so this was really disappointing. I asked the server if this location had a different chef and she said no, which makes me not want to go back to the Williamsville location either. Spend your money...
Read moreI’ve heard good things and was really hoping to enjoy it, but unfortunately the beer didn’t meet expectations (especially at $9 for a house-made pilsner). I genuinely don’t like leaving negative reviews, but the quality didn’t match the price.
The bartenders were friendly, which I appreciated, but couldn’t answer basic questions about the beers, which was surprising for a place that calls itself a brewery. I didn’t try the food, so maybe the restaurant side is stronger, but from a beer perspective, it felt underwhelming and a bit misleading.
It looks really nice inside. But, for people who want to try a new 'brewery', I would recommend countless other...
