Wah Sing — Restaurant in Buffalo

Extremely terrible customer service at this place and they don't follow their own hours of operation that are posted online and ON THE DOOR! I placed an order a little after 9:00 PM. The hours they have displayed claim they are open until 10:30 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at around 9:45 to no lights and a locked door. There was a guy in the lobby sweeping the floor so I knocked on the door and told him that I had placed an order and I'd like to pick up my food. He proceeds to say "no more food, we closed!" I point out his hours of operation and asked why he took my order if he wasn't going to serve me. He claims that they close at 9:30 and then continues to babble incoherently until I give up and leave. Terrible service, terrible experience, terrible business model. Don't even bother...

I feel bad to be giving them this rating since I’ve been coming here for years, but man this place has tanked!! Been a while since I ordered here so I decided today I’ll order the lunch special. I pulled up a little early and didn’t believe the reviews at first but they do still have the plastic on the chairs and plexiglass window up. But that’s not what made me bail out on the food. The smell of this place was insane so I imagined that the food could be good still, but be very unsanitary since they don’t keep up on anything else in this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm service and authentic atmosphere. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly care about the quality of everything they offer. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and generous portions. Every dish tasted homemade with care and tradition.
