Worker was very rude. I sat at a table to place a mobile order from my phone so I could add a special offer from the app. Was my first time doing so so it took me a few minutes to figure out how to do it and what I wanted to order. A worker came over and rudely said to me "you can't sit in here if you are not a customer" I said "I am a customer, I am ordering right now from the app on my phone." She then repeated herself that I could not sit there if I wasn't a customer. I said "I heard you the first time. excuse me for sitting here for five minutes while I figure out how to use the app as it's my first time doing so and I didn't want to hold up your line while deciding what I wanted to order." It has been there for some time, now, but, ever since it opened, you constantly see dirtbags from the nearby rehab facilities loitering near the Tim Horton's entrance. They purchase their coffees, and whatever, and then you have to go way out of your way in order to avoid walking past them, while carrying your stuff, as hang out on the sidewalk. I am amazed that they get away with this. I do not see what Tops gets out of this. The stores connect from the inside, but you hardly see concourse between them. Read moreAbsolutely awful. I had an online order that couldn’t be fulfilled so they told me they would give me a refund. They didn’t. I was then told to go to another location the day after at noon. Drove 40 minutes to the other location to stand there for an hour and have them tell me they had no manager or supervisor call their store to give me my food. I really think I’m done with Tim Hortons. This has wasted over 2 hours of my time and I was lied to multiple times. And I wasn’t able to pay with a credit card either.
