I filed out and application and asked about a couch… I got a call back and they were talking about a chest freezer, that should’ve been my red flag right there. They then sold me a couch that was already sold. Didn’t deliver when they said they would because the couch was already sold. Said there was a shipment coming in next day “would have a couch by noon” but never called me with an appointment time. Their delivery person called my phone blocked/unavailable EIGHT times while I was at work. I answered once they hung up and never left a message. Never attempted to call from the store and never once called THE ACTUAL NUMBER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FOR THE DELIVERY (same number they had been calling multiple times the day before) then had the audacity to have an attitude with me and at the same time try to sell me a washer and dryer set on top of the couch they still hadn’t delivered. Out of spite, I went to Aaron’s and found a MUCH better deal, so thank you in the long run but your business practices need some serious work. People have jobs, we can’t just sit around all day waiting for whenever you decide to show up, and...

I went into the store because I was couch shopping and no other stores in the area had anything in stock, so I went into RAC and found a set that I liked. After talking with the managers, the final price that was agreed to was right over $600. Fast forward a few months, and I’ve paid $634.50 with them still requesting over $200+ from me. I spoke with Evelyn from the store and she stated that it was written on the contract that there would be additional interest on the furniture that was never disclosed to me. If I could give this business ZERO stars, I would.

You’re better off shopping with a business that isn’t fighting just to stay afloat. I doubt they’ll still be in business in a year from now.

Terrible customer service & they...

They only deliver on Mondays and Fridays. But if you try to get a delivery on Monday there is an excuse . Reluctantly went with them to get a TV. They wouldn't just let me pick it up in the store .
