Cookies & Cream — Restaurant in Buffalo

Ok friends, do yourself a favor and visit Cookies & Creme if you're nearby the Buffalo area. Even if you are from the surrounding area, it is worth a drive. My husband and I were visiting from out of town, and we stopped at Cookies & Cream twice! It was that good. But be advised, you will wait - from the time we walked in to the time we were handed our order, we probably waited 20-30 minutes both times. I will still say, it is worth the wait. Literally upon walking in you smell nothing but fresh baked goods and ice cream! We visited on a Thursday and Friday evening, and there were probably 3-4 young (high school aged) people working behind the counter. I give them props for working to get everyone their order in a timely manner.

This is not your typical DQ, Menchies or other chain ice cream. Their dessert items are very decadant, so it does take some time to prepare the more involved dishes. We stuck with a basic "77" as they are called - similar to a DQ Blizzard. We each ordered one, but totally could have shared. They are very generous on the ice cream servings.

If you've tried their 77s, get adventurous. Their Sundaes and Cookie Sandwiches look really good too! I saw plenty while waiting for our order. Very picture worthy too - I'm bummed I didn't get photos.

The caramel cookie was the best and softest of them all and had a very nice rich buttery flavor.. really delicious. The brownie with buttercream frosting is my favorite, even though I never eat sprinkles, I don't mind the sprinkles on these brownies because they're soft. One time they accidentally gave me the brownie with the chocolate sprinkles and I didn't like it at all, it left an awful aftertaste. Ive had cookies in the past from here, I've tried most of the flavors and although the taste of all of them was decent, i wasn't impressed because some of them were too hard and dry but it seems like they've improved this. It's a really nice little shop, it's very clean, it smells amazing, the manager is super friendly and helpful. Lots of different cookies, ice cream cakes, ice cream Etc and they have a nice little outdoor space...

Great little ice cream shop in the heart of South Buffalo with all the charm of a big location, many varieties of fresh baked cookies and ice cream cakes on hand . Also have their version of a blizzard and soft serve in vanilla chocolate 🍦 and twist . The staff was so friendly and the lines were long extending to the outside sidewalk but moved along swiftly , they offer all cards and cash pay options as well . There is also a small seating area inside and they offer uber eats pickup .
