The manager here, somehow unbeknownst to me, got it set in her head that I was shop lifting here one day. I visited the store every day for numerous reasons, for many many years. And I have never stolen anything from here. I occasionally would use an app that required me to photograph items and I would receive an incentive. One day, wow I was pissing in front of the store when I was having a conversation on a phone with my son, I was approached and assaulted by a very large man for almost no reason at all, (I honestly believe my pacing made him uncomfortable). He ran up to me, literally picked me up like I would a 3 year old child, slammed me into the building and then LAUNCHED me about 15 feet away. When I attempted to run into the store for assistance, not only did he give chase , but the manager sprinted towards me and pointed a can of pepper spray in my face from less than 6 inches away and threatened ME, who is there to receive help assistance, and said she was going to call the police if I did not leave the store immediately.. when I questioned what the reason behind her actions were, she even more harshly threatened me with the can of mace when I was clearly in distress AND danger from a HUGE (I would estimate he was almost 7 feet tall no exhaggeration) and was so obnoxious and belligerent and incredibly out of line and control that the security guard on duty had to intervene and pull her away from me, as everyone else in the store could clearly see it was i who required assistance and she was acting insane. The guard gave me a slight gesture to just be on my way and seeing as he was not acting irrational, I followed his directions. NOW, she has spread it around to all the employees in the store, some of whom I am friends with, that if I enter the premises at all, I am to have the police called and be arrested. I am planning on taking measures to have this "situation" handled by not only writing to the district manager, but I am looking into hiring a lawyer to pursue having charges pressed on the woman for harassment as well. All I really want is to be able to shop in the store seeing as I live 2 streets away and 95% of my grocery shopping was done there. I don't drive at the moment, so I'm struggling to be able to purchase the necessary items I literally require to...

This store gets worse everyday! Poor kid Hunter was expected to man self cash, then a register! I had a 249.00 order had to wait for a cashier register! 3 managers in store too busy to help. This store knows it's customers are mostly local that have to walk., way to go to care about your customers!😠 it's absolutely DISGUSTING

I DEFINITELY WILL NOT purchase an,$8.00 pre-made salad from Tops! It was almost a whole head of lettuce, 2 slices of a hard boiled egg, about 8 strips each ham,& turkey! Shredded cheese, alot! Very disappointing!

This store gets worse & worse!🙄 I went to do a regular grocery shopping trip, I spent 134.00 had to use self cash!😡 very unacceptable in my opinion. Kid manning the registers was not very helpful. It doesn't pay to,say anything, then you get a cold shoulder

New monopoly game at tops sucks! Not exciting at all! Can't get any good prizes. Just 10.00 cards. Quite sure NOONE gets the 1,000.00 a day, and free groceries for life will probably go to a corporate family member. I do all the surveys, NEVER won any thing. Tops...

Much like wegmans they sell food and what not. I like food actually I need food for my survival. I believe we all do. I would say for sure we all do but I'm not too sure how Bane from the batman comics and movies ate. In the dark night rises he says it would be extremely painful to take off his mask so I doubt he's taking it off for three square meals a day. I could see him possibly taking it off for for an Easter brunch but not regularly. So food may not be a necessary item for all of us. But for those of us who need food I guess tops is saving lives. Their prices are so high though I might look into how Bane gets by without it. I'm paraphrasing here but alfred says Bane is quick and furious so I'm going to get to the bottom of this because I want to be quick and furious on a no food diet.
