I frequent the Walden Tims and the Genesee/Pine Ridge locations. Walden seems to have a very efficient delivery system. They keep the cars moving ... I always drive past a crowded Pineridge location to go to Walden. When I return home, I see the Pineridge location line has barely moved ... I am usually taken care of within 5-10 minutes max if a really long line at Walden.
Also, there are fewer booboo's and messed up orders at Walden. Walden usually will have soup when it's soup hours ... at Pineridge you gotta ask first ... "do you have any soup, donuts, cookies, sandwiches, etc." At Pineridge, the window people are nice considering they deal with a lot of folks tied up in lines for most of the day. There's a lot more chatter going on at PR ... Walden seems all about business.
I like the fact that Walden is still 24 hours. PR used to be ... but those days are long gone. Either way, I have my system to get my Tims. I find that since retiring, I often drink only half of a coffee now. I used to have a 3x a day habit!! Well, Tims is my new goto place for the cracked egg breakfast sammiches š ... I enjoy the "egg timmuffin" thats what I call em ... that was a nice addition. Real eggs works everytime. I guess I'd better get out and go to Tims right now. Stay blessed. Remember, drive past long lines at Pineridge and hit the Walden Tims (the light right after Thruway Plaza).
I usually pay for my order and the next person's. It's pretty reasonable still. Maybe one day you will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince the last time I been here this place has lost complete control of their customer service. I never heard "I'm sorry" so many times during a visit. Most customers left here sighing this morning. The cashier messed up my order because I "asked" could I make my order a combo??? She didnt even know. I ordered 2 sandwiches on 2 different types of Bagels. She ordered me 1 sandwich and 1 bagel and then they give me attitude because they messed up. The cook fixed my sandwich and left off ingredients and when I corrected her she said "Well it doesn't say eggs on the screen so". Wooooooow can you just correct my order??? I don't know what's worst the fact that they scream the whole time or waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich and a donut. They completely failed my morning and I won't be back here again. They're so confrontational it's unbelievable like everything the customers say need to be challenged. If I say "please add more cream???" The response should not be "Well I didn't make it" or "who gave you this???" And where are the hair nets??? I noticed the black girl had a hair net on but nobody else with their hair flopping all over the place. This the worst experience I've had at Tim Hortons and I go whenever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDonāt eat from here. I was an employee here. The back is infested with roaches. Thereās roach bait all around the food preparation area were selling Old creamer from Halloween in the middle of November and the manager was very much aware and didnāt want to close the restaurant until we got new creamer from another location donāt work for this company. The manager talks to you like a child. She always screams and shout at you over the littlest things and I have reason to believe that she is a racist because she treats her own kind as if they are family. One of my coworkers was at the station where you make the sandwiches, dropped one of the bagel and pick it right back up and served it after I told him to change it he proceeded to cover my eyes and said you no see you no see I spoke to management about this nothing was done. Iāve recently quit, because I couldnāt put up with the...
