I have tried to give this place too many tries, and almost every time they fail at customer service and the quality of drinks. Most of the staff are impolite and have bad attitudes. The only time I had a pleasurable experience was when the older lady with a southern accent and gray hair worked the window, She was an absolute pleasure, but the other ten times (at least) that I have visited this location have been horrific. Today I attempted to give this location another try, and when I pulled up I was not greeted at the intercom whatsoever. I kindly said "hello" to see if they were open. The employee rudely, told me to hold on, and again with no welcome. After waiting for at least 5 minutes at a very empty parking lot and drive thru, the employee finally tried to take my order. I asked for two gift cards in which she said she was sold out. On other occasions, the employees rarely provide a warm greeting or even say hello. My orders have been made incorrectly. Another day, the employees locked the front door with no sign or notice as to why they had locked everyone out. You could still complete a pick up order, but the employees would not allow you in. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. The management is awful and clearly the operators of this store do not care about this customers or else changes would have already been made. I am completely sympathetic with most businesses being short staffed, but a greetings is free and fast. Read moreToday was the last straw with this location. I never write bad reviews but today I felt compelled due to all the mess ups they do. I always go in the mornings before my shift at work. One morning I ordered a coffee and a Boston Kreme doughnut and a vanilla frosted doughnut. I got a Boston Kreme and a vanilla creme doughnut. No big deal I thought and they switched it out for me. A couple days later before my shift I went and got a coffee with a plain bagel and everything bagel. I got a plain bagel and a cinnamon raisin bagel. I let them know they gave me what I ordered. No biggie. A couple days later got a coffee a bagel and six doughnuts. I got my bagel and doughnuts and stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for my coffee. The lady working the front asked me if I was still waiting for something and I told her that I was waiting for my drink and she asked what my drink was. So I told her. I was a little frustrated after that but still went because it’s close to my job. After that there were little things but they were my own fault. Today I went and got my usual drink of a hazelnut iced latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Read moreFirst of all, this location does not even deserve a star. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes just for one drink, 2 vehicles in front 0 vehicles behind me. I finally pull up to the window and a young heavier set guy hands me the wrong drink- a watered down coffee concoction. 0 customer service. I proceed to tell him my drink is incorrect and he explains that HE DOES NOT KNOW because he just got there. Mind blown. I ask for a refund and he says I have to go through the app. Fine. He then proceeds to call the manager (Brie), from his cell phone, the manager was completely useless. He continues to repeat that he does not know what’s going on, even though, 2 younger girls are walking around behind him. This was a mobile order! I ask him to write down the manager’s name and he walks away for another, what seemed like, 5 minutes. I finally drove off after being in their drive thru lane for 20+ minutes!
