Ordered two breakfast sandwiches through their app for pickup in the drive thru. I got in line and told them I had placed an online order. They said they had it and to pull around. At that point the order had been with them for a bit over 20 mins, and I also had told the app to start to prepare my order earlier (the app tracks your location and tells the restaurant to start when you're close to it normally), at least 15 mins prior to my arrival.
After waiting 5 mins for the two vehicles in front of me to get theirs, I reached the window. The guy asked if I had 'X' order, to which I said no, I had the online order of 'Y'...he then walked back and told them he needed my sandwiches. After 2ish mins he came back and asked me to pull into a parking spot and he would bring it out to me. I pulled forward and waited over 5 but less than 10 additional mins until it was finally brought out to me.
"Fast food" complete and utter failure. They didn't have it ready after over 15 mins from me telling them to make it and pulling into the line, nor as I waited an additional 5 mins in line. If it wasn't already prepared, as it should have been, then it could have been before I got to the window. Once I got it, it tasted great, so at least I wasn't completely disappointed and let down. But the end product isn't the only thing people are looking for when they visit a fast food restaurant.....if it was then we wouldn't have FAST FOOD restaurants.
C'mon, Hardee's, do...
Read moreUpdate- I use to love coming to Hardee's but, it has changed and has gone downhill in a bad way. Morning shift is slow and walk around like they hate the world. I am very disappointed right now. The manager James is a hard worker and he treats his employees great, but from what I've seen the day shift workers seem to careless about getting the food out. I waited almost 45 minutes for a chicken biscuit last week and that IS NOT satisfactory. How can you have 4 people working and not produce food in a timely manner. It just appears that some of the employees could careless if people get their food or not. I have always Said thank you have a great day and the day shift employees don't even speak except for the young man named Billy. He is hard working and very friendly. Night shift does an excellent job. They are quick and very friendly. Something needs to be done about the morning/day shift. I'm just ready to stop going there!!
I would like to recognize a employee that works at this Hardee's. His name is Mitch and I absolutely appreciate his customer service. He works with a spirit of excellence, he's always friendly, helpful and he always has a smile on his face. His positivity is contagious and he always makes my day when I come through the drive-thru. Mitch goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are always happy! Thank you Mitch for the excellent service you provide! It really blesses my...
Read moreI went here this morning, and I ordered a egg & cheese biscuit combo with a small Dr. Pepper on a well done dark biscuit. I get to the window, hand the cashier my card for payment, she hands me my drink, a medium Dr. Pepper, and eventually my food. I asked her to provide me with a receipt, and she proceeds to pull up a long thing of receipts probably not given to the customer. She tells me it will be a minute, after it seemed it was out of paper. She comes back to window gives me a receipt, and I was in a hurry or else I would have turned around, but she gave me a reprint from another receipt machine, I think the front counter. It had James on the receipt for cashier, but it was not even for what I ordered. It was for 1 Stars for Heroes $1.00. I need my receipts for tax purposes, and if she didn't know how reprint it, she should have said something. On top of that, no napkins in the bag whatsoever. I saw a couple of people walking back to the restaurant with bags like the order may have been wrong, it may have been a busy morning but I would expect better customer service. This was my second time at this location, and the first time was not like this. I'm not sure of her name, but she had tattoos on her arm, neck. She seemed pretty nice, but maybe overwhelmed with work. I would suggest that all employees are trained to provide a receipt regardless in case there is a issue with the order you have proof...
