I had the worst experience at this establishment. The way they treat customers and their employees is unacceptable. Carly was rude to every customer who came in when their pick-up time was set, yelling at everyone and telling us can’t y’all tell that I’m was busy. The disrespect to the young employee was appalling. A bald white man with earrings told two employees to move a box, but instead of giving them a moment to prepare, he just pushed all the boxes from the top shelf on top of them, creating a dangerous situation.
Not only did this create an extremely uncomfortable environment, but my own order was delayed and incorrect. When I tried to ask for clarification, Carly dismissed me rudely and refused to help. I also saw other customers leaving frustrated.
I tried to bring this up, but no one seemed to care. This kind of behavior is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Management needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat both staff and paying customers. I will not be returning and strongly recommend others avoid this place until they address these...
Read moreI selected this location by mistake, and boy was it a mistake. After arriving at my regular location, I was told that they didn't have an order for me. After looking at my email confirmation, I saw that I selected Buford Hwy, instead of Buford Drive. I drove the extra distance since it was my error, even though my store offered to bake some for me, since I was there. Upon my arrival, in a horrible downpour, there had to be eight employees in view and none bothered to greet me. The young male at the counter stared silently, until I said, "pickup for Collins". He turned to a young female and repeated what I said. She brought the pizzas to the counter and I asked for a dozen of the garlic seasoning packets. She counted them one by one, then hand me eight. I asked if I could have four more, then she and the male exchanged words in Spanish. She handed me the additional packets. Read moreThis store refuses to provide extra pepperoncinis. It doesn't matter whether you call or order online. I've spent $50-60 on pepperoncini orders I have never received. Sometimes they don't bring drinks, breadsticks or desserts. Ten or twenty times is perhaps incompetence, but it starts to seem willful after 40 nearly consecutive fails. We stopped ordering for a few years because the order accuracy rate was almost 0%. After we started ordering again, it was clear that nothing has changed.
We have given the store many, many, many opportunities, well beyond the point of being rational. If you must order from this store, expect an accuracy rate of about 10-20%. Consider keeping it simple. Just order one or two pizzas without extra toppings. I would not under any circumstances order anything besides the pizza.
Also note that they refuse to fix incorrect orders. If you fall into the 90% of incorrect orders, they may offer you a discount on your next...
