So last night at 12am I was trying to make a 2nd order. First off I live in the community and always have a second order cause I come in late they the drive thru. So I get told that they don’t do 2nd orders. Since when? And also I got greeted With an attitude from jump. As if she had no time to take my order. Then when I complete my first order to continue with my second she tells me no. I’m pregnant so I’m hungry too on a different tab. So she says in a attitude to just pull up to the window. When I get there I’m waiting 10 min while the girl is sitting at the window not even telling me why the wait or that her manager (Hispanic lady at 12:05am Halloween morning ) was coming to the window. So then she finally comes and ask why I play in drive thru . I was not playing, they’re closed in the inside and I have to drive back around to make another order? Very rude and she and the staff had a very nasty attitude. I even kept my cool until she just gos on with my second order without letting me adjust it cause I couldn’t while I was at menu board being told to just pull up. And when I ask how much one griddle is she rolls her eyes and tells me. Also I’m allergic to eggs and she tells me to my face (for my two becon egg cheese McGriddle ) to take it or leave it. In the nastiest way. I could not tolerate the way she talked to me so yes I said a word and she tells me that I can’t have my order only first order and then rudely slams the door on my face. Then comes back with camera starts recording me and my plate saying why I slammed her window? False she slammed it in my face and I was asking her to come back to tell her that was very rude and still had the worst attitude. I’m not asking you to fire her but she definitely should have a strike for not having customer service and I will be up there to get the corporate phone number to tell them how my service was cause not only did I have to starve my child but also couldn’t sleep that night because of how upset she made me when she could of handled it most...
Read moreA buddy and I meet up here to grab a bite to eat, main reason is because he was on a motorcycle. Hours on the door say the dining room is open till midnight. Last I checked midnight was 12:00. There was an employee sitting in the dining room eating and on his phone. We knock on the door and he just makes a hand jester for us to go through the drive thru. We knock again and he finally gets off his stool and comes go the door. We ask for the manager and he responded and I quote "the manager is busy, there is only two people here". We ask for the manager again and he walks away and when he comes back he says and I quote "the manager said if you want to talk you will have to walk around to the window in the drive thru to talk". Now understand this the drive thru has at least 7 cars in line. Well the manager finally comes and unlocks the door. When we get inside of course we had to wait some more to get or orders. But the biggest mind blower was that there was 5 employees here counting the one that told us that there was only 2. Well when we order my buddy ordered water for his drink reason being is because he is a diabetic, we get or cups and walk over to the fountain drink machines and there is no water. So my buddy has to drink a coke. So on this marvales adventure at McDonald's we were lied to, asked to walk into a drive thru to talk to the manger through the window while cars were in the drive thru, then my buddy asked for water to drink and ended up having to drink a coke that last I check a diabetic shouldn't be drinking. The kicker was that my buddy told me he had came by here the night before and the dining room doors were locked and nobody even came to the door. Damn McDonald's...
Read moreQuite possibly the worst McD’s in North Georgia if you have kids and go for the Happy Meal. When we go to McDonalds it is mostly for the kids as a treat. They love getting a “surprise meal”. This McD’s Has consistently NEVER have the currently advertised Happy Meal toy. We had given up on the location as a family about a year ago, but circumstances put us back in their line for a happy meal today, July, 26. Two days ago a Super MARIO line of toys was introduced. When we got in line, the Incredibles line of toys was still advertised. No problem, as the kiddos didn’t know about Mario. So we keep talking up the Incredibles toys, and low and behold a Super Mario Happy Meal box comes out. Again, no problem- a quick Mario pep talk and all is well, But we get to feeling doubtful about the outcome of this trip. We order, drive home to eat, kids excited to find out if they got Mario, Luigi, maybe even Bowser. We eat first (no toys are allowed until after all’s been eaten) and then dive in to solve the Mario toy mystery... and find a Peter Rabbit toy. The kids rolled with it well, but come on! The Mario promotion has just started! It’s NOT a high volume store. I could understand if we ended up with some left over Incredibles toys, but toys from a movie promotion from 6 months ago? Comon!
On top of it, it took 10 minutes in the drive through, there were no pleasantries from the staff, the kids food wasn’t warm, and the didn’t get the adult part of the order correct.
In a pinch, you’ll get fed. You can do much better...
