This is ridiculous. Drove 350 miles today. My wife and I stopped by to pick up a couple of sandwiches and a salad. We waited 15 minutes in line. Anthony was very nice. 3 people inside doing nothing. Anthony trying to do everything. Got home wrong salad, burger nothing as ordered. My wife has a severe allergy to onions. Drove back 7 miles. Kid at frontstill standing there like a deer in the headlights. Anthony still doing everything. Stood there waiting on one other person with wrong food. Lady comes in with wrong order. She is furious. I don't blame her. Anthony couldn't leave the window long enough to take care of three wrong orders. After another 10 minutes still nothing done I asked the kid standing at the counter for the owners number. He said he had no idea who owned it. Anthony is the manager he said. I told him that instead of taking more orders they needed to take care of the people with the problems. The kid did not seem to want tell Anthony what was going on. Ar that point I told him I wanted my money back. The lady next to me went ballistic. She went off on the kid at the counter I called out Anthony's name 3 times. He finally heard me and came to the front register. I told him I wanted my money back. All three of the problem folks were still standing at the register. He went back to the window and I suppose started looking for my receipt. He remembered my wife and I from the window earlier. Five more minutes passed. Anthony came back to me with my money. I left the other two unhappy customers there. I went across the street to McDonalds. Ordered there and came home. The order there was correct. Our employees go to this location several times a week as we do. I am pretty sure they lost at least three customers tonight. Myself and the two ladies I left behind. I know that's probably not a lot in the scheme of it but if this type of service continues it is going to be a lot more I wouldn't have given one star on my experience tonight. The site wouldn't let me do this without a one star rating. Who ever owns this location needs to get Anthony some...
Read moreHorrible part time or manager in training. She pretended to not know what the skew for Wendy’s rewards was, when I held my phone up to ask where and when to scan for a cash sale. I just simply wanted to know how to operate the rewards app with cash and got a blank stare and complete disrespectful attitude in return. It was so bad I actually thought she was joking to the point where I asked her if she was okay and if there was a problem. I then let her know that she had a bad attitude and started out the door, but she screamed, “ Have a nice day”, in such an arrogant way I decided to turn around and another employee for a manager. She then walked back up with the same condescending tone asking how she could help me with the biggest smile on her face also saying she was a part time manager. I then recognized one of the actual managers coming from the back and asked to speak with her. The horrible part time manager actually cut her off and tried to tell her that I was being rude to her. It was the most pathetic attempt to save face I’ve seen in a while. The sad thing is the actual manager didn’t seem surprised and apologized on her behalf. I wouldn’t be complaining for nothing. It’s sad that someone in customer service can’t be polite and help a customer with their service without a bad attitude. She actually had the nerve to scream out have a nice day in the same tone as if she won. No respect for herself or others.Hopefully something is done about this terrible employee. If you don’t want to be there, don’t be there, don’t ruin someone else’s day with your horrible attitude. Wish I got her name but I was so blown away that I just had to leave. A time before this, this same employee/ part time manager screamed at another employee to walk faster in an extremely rude tone where I was on the other end eating and heard it clear as day. This woman does not need nor deserve a manager position or customer service job. So sad anyone has to put up with her and her...
Read moreI generally find out when certain employees are working or I will leave if they are not present...
This, like all fast food restaurants, will try to use delay tactics and reheating chicken and fries via a"second dip"in the fryer to satisfy a customer's fresh food, made fresh request. Yuck... this equals overly done dry fries and overly done dry hard chicken...
When I want a fresh burger, I would like it made with a fresh patty placed on the grill and cooked while I wait the appropriate amount of time for it, and my hot fresh fries, hot and fresh, served with my freshly made burger, not a dried out burger that you want to try and fake like you made it fresh and serve me.
There are three maybe four wonderful ladies (not sure of their names, but if you are reading this, you know who you are!) who work here whom will process my order as requested and prepare my food fresh...
