Dog Haus — Restaurant in Burbank

Food: The food is good sometimes but it depends on who the chef is that day. The sweet potato fries are good but are pretty cold by the time I get home and I live 5 minutes away. The milkshakes are good and I wish they had a bigger size but then it might be like $10 so maybe the size is good enough. The burgers for whatever reason are kind of hit and miss. Sometimes they're pretty good sometimes the seasoning seems to be a little off.

Price: i havent been in a while and i hate to complain because I know inflation is hitting everybody but a burger with sweet potato fries and a shake I think was like $25. I just remember that it was over 20 and at this point I feel like I might as well be going to lay sit down restaurant. Also not that it's changed but sometimes they say would you like to order the combo but there's really no combo you're just ordering everything alucart.

Service: The service is good. They all seem like good people. I did notice they all had a fair amount of shoulder tension which I assume can happen from cooking all day.

Cold hot dogs and sausages. I went here with my family on Saturday, a three-year-old and six-year-old and my wife. We were really hungry I ordered two regular dogs and two nuremberg dogs with a bunch of fries. We were sitting outside they brought us the food. I kid you not everything was room temperature the only thing that was slightly warm where the fries. The nuremberg dogs were actually cold it was disgusting. We didn't send it back we were hungry we ate some of it, but I complain and asked the manager how you guys cook your dogs? Manager said we drop it in hot water for five minutes. He didn't even offer to give us warm food I guess because they can't. I said where do get dogs before putting it in hot water? He said from the refrigerator. I said really how can you you really heat up a thick sausage or cook it after five minutes when you just took it out of the freezing cold refrigerator? He said it's good enough it gets warm. If you guys don't mind eating room temperature hot dogs this is the place for you. As far as taste goes it wasn't the best hotdog I ever had like some of those fake reviewers posted. I've been all over the United States and I've never encountered a restaurant like this. ‎The food was on point (as if you didn't already know I thought this). The food was creative and unique. It was priced well, especially with the abundant portions. I've never seen these kind of toppings on a dog and I've definitely never seen them on a sweet Hawaiian roll. There are also tons of options and the tots are tiny pieces of heaven. ‎The creativity doesn't just stop there! The restaurant itself is very aesthetically pleasing! Very trendy!
