Take the tour. If you love movies or even just watch them, this is a really fun tour. SO worth it!

You start with a tour guide driving a small group of you around the property in a open-sided, multiple-row, golf cart (think: safari).

Similar to the tour at Universal Studios, the guides are very informative and playful, but there are no animatronics or pseudo disasters. Nothing JAWS dropping like at a theme park. UNLIKE Universal Studios, however, you ARE allowed to exit the vehicle at specified points and it’s not timed or heavily monitored. You can’t wander off and hide until tomorrow, silently stalking Ellen Degeneres or anything, but you really do get the chance to walk around and see everything without pressure.

Later, you are even given the chance to walk through an active set. Meaning, the cast has the day off and you’re walking the set they’ll be walking through when they get back on Monday. of the high school you see on TV each week.

for the then-current TV show (albeit sans actors). I mean, you are walking the halls of Riverdale (or whatever) and the cast is just off for the weekend. Being able to get out off the golf-cart and walk the empty ‘streets’ is amazing. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to sit on the Friends’ iconic couch in front of the very fountain they filmed for the sitcom intro. (The Friend’s exhibit is new (2020) so it’s a really big talking point throughout the tour as of now, however, there is a lot more to explore and see. Do not be discouraged by the appearance that this is a Friend’s only tour. It’s just a bit Friend’s heavy right now.

All of the actual BAT-MOBILE’S are on display for example. Turn a corner and finally find out what house you belong to by the HOGWART’S sorting hat, but only after you look through Harry’s room under the stairs on Privet Drive. Full redevelopment of the set, using real...

We went here for the studio tour. Keeping in mind that this is during the wildfire, we went earlier than our scheduled start to line up. They told us to wait, which we did. For 2 hours, they didn't disseminate any information. Finally, the tour manager came in and told everyone that they had to stop the tours for the day due to tour guides getting sick from the smoke and ash.

I'm not an unreasonable person. I believe that the safety of their employees and guests should be paramount. But to have people sit and wait for hours, rather than being proactive and saying that the wildfires were causing problems, was a huge aggravation. The fires had been burning for days at this point.

The Warner Brothers studio tour is definitely a must thing to do while visiting Los Angeles. It is about a 3 hour tour that takes you around the back lot of Warner Bros. You see multiple street and city sets that were used in so many movies. And if you're a Friends fan, you see where Friends was filmed and at the end of the tour you can have your picture taken on the Friends couch. During the tour you also are taken to a room full of Batmobiles and costumes. During the week, you aren't allowed to look on any working sets, but if you go on the weekend, they will open a set for you to see. They opened up The Big Bang Theory set for our tour.
