Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Burbank

My experience at this restaurant was horrible, I asked for two kingburger. The first one with everything plus cheese, bacon and raw onions and the second one without pickels, relish, with grilled onions, cheese and egg when I opened the second burger for my surprise it had everything on it and no onions AT ALL. I called to the restaurant and the employee was fighting with me on the phone because he said he was following the instructions on the screen and the burger shouldn't have pickels and relish so WHY MY BURGER HAD THAT!? I went to the restaurant a couple of minutes later and he was really rude and besides that wasn't wearing a mask. He took the burger looking at me bad, opened it and told me that he could remove the relish and that the burger just had 1 pickel, but he couldn't do it again because everything was off and I understand that, but why was he fighting with me instead of just checking the burger and said something like I'm sorry about that, I can give you your food for free tomorrow or your money back. Is that okay??? He just said I'll give you the money, but you can't take the food. I couldn't believe that! He didn't even tried! Is the worst experience I've had a restaurant, I work in a restaurant as a manager and believe me I would never hired someone like him and I'm not going to recommend that...

I’m very sad that they have limited the amount of locations that they have now. But the food is still amazing and all the toppings were crisp and fresh. The fat fries were fresh perfectly crispy on the edges and ever so soft and steamy on the inside… yum Yum and double Yum!!!

This location leaves something to be desired. Kind of tucked away in a corner of a Hispanic prominent shopping center which guarantees enough parking. There was plenty of seating inside and it was very clean. And the only reason I gave it a lower rating was because I have been a fat brothers that were just absolutely lovely to sit and watch your brother be made and this one was not so much.

The service was really great as well. Both of the gentleman, one making our food and the other taking our order were very professional, polite and made sure to get our order right with a smile.

I decided to stop by Fatburger for a quick lunch. Opting for two original meals that came with fatfries and medium drinks, along with an order of wings, my expectations for a satisfying meal were high.

Fatburger did not disappoint. The food, as always, was exceptional - the burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked, the fries were the right mix of crispy and fluffy, and the wings were deliciously seasoned.

This was my first visit to the Fatburger location next to Burbank Airport, and I was impressed by the quality of service. The staff were friendly and made sure my order was prepared quickly, which was much appreciated given my tight schedule.
