Starbucks — Restaurant in Burbank

I rarely go to Starbucks. I usually REALLY enjoy a visit. Today I came to this location. It is a rainy day and I can cut a little slack for morale for that reason.

Being that I rarely come I rely on the questions. I forgot to ask for hot tea, and I forgot to say venti. I got a cold grande. waited at the "pick up" sign for 8 minutes until I saw someone who came after me go to another pick up spot. No one called my name when my order was ready. It isn't like they are under staffed. When I arrived there were more employees than customers (including) customers whom were just sitting there chatting or on the computer.

It struck me funny. Otherwise the cookie was just OK and the drink was...

Today me and my husband visited this store and he was trying to place his order and the young lady refused to fill it up his drink because we ordered it with no ice, and she said it is a policy from that particular store; also we requested stevia instead of sugar, and she said they were out of stock when obviously we saw stevia on the top of the desk. Finally she refused to help us, so we decided to go another Starbucks where we received an excellent service. What...

This Starbucks is always quite busy during the day- especially in the morning hours. I'll often go to the pavilions next door, just to avoid the line. However, on this particular visit, it was late and empty. The barista was fabulous and made my picky drink with no hesitation.
