I rarely go to Starbucks. I usually REALLY enjoy a visit. Today I came to this location. It is a rainy day and I can cut a little slack for morale for that reason.
Being that I rarely come I rely on the questions. I forgot to ask for hot tea, and I forgot to say venti. I got a cold grande. waited at the "pick up" sign for 8 minutes until I saw someone who came after me go to another pick up spot. No one called my name when my order was ready. It isn't like they are under staffed. When I arrived there were more employees than customers (including) customers whom were just sitting there chatting or on the computer.

However, on this particular visit, it was late and empty. The barista was fabulous and made my picky drink with no hesitation.
