Wow!!! I’m so disappointed in this Starbucks. When it first opened I was so excited because it had a drive through and it is near where I live. But recently the service has declined. That’s unfortunate because I am an advocate for convenience, especially in LA. I’ve had my Gold Starbucks app for like 10 years and I have never been compelled to talk about bad service for a luxury drink that I don’t actually need. But in 2020 with Covid-19 and our fluctuating economy I find it troubling that Customer Service is secondary for so many Corporations.
I’m aware that Starbucks is a super successful brand even in the mist of Covid but Customer Service is still KING. The past few times that I have visited this location I’ve been sooooooooooooooooooo annoyed. I just want to get what I need and go on about my day. This shouldn’t be an issue seeing as though every time I pull up to a Starbucks window I spend between 5$-15$. I work hard for my money and I expect to be treated with respect despite not falling into Starbucks target market.
Today September.Monday.21.20 around 9:30pm
I asked for a (Tall Pumpkin frap w/whip cream)
I requested to have it put in a Venti Cup.
They told me no. I explained to the unhelpful young lady that I needed room to add water as that drink is super sweet. She then went on to inform me that she can make it less sweet. I told here I didn’t want her to make it less sweet, I want to make it less sweet to my own taste.
First of all I shouldn’t have to be at a drive up window explaining what I’m going to do with the $5.00 drink that I’m about to purchase????? I felt like I was in the twilight zone.
She then try’s to tell me that she can give me a grande. What??? What??? I’m so confused. What does a tall in a venti cup have to do with a grande?
Then she goes on to tell me that she can’t give me the Venti cup. Out of frustration, I asked her if I could just pay for a venti cup. She said that they are low on Venti cups... What??? What???
So if I ordered a Venti drink, which I usually do, would she have told me no we are low on Venti cups??? Somebody help me understand.
Listen If a billion dollar corporation can’t figure out how to properly distribute plastic cups that cost like a half of a cent to make, perhaps there needs to be some re-evaluation. It’s a disposable plastic cup.
I’m aware that you have a strict customer cup policy or perhaps some slowing of the manufacturing of cups but really y’all. I’ve had like a million drinks from y’all. It’s just a cup. Do better!
In the mist of her confusion she eventually said that she would give me a cup. Smh It’s just a cup. I can’t even believe I’m writing about a cup.

Read moreA manager needs to be in this Starbucks at all time we had ordered a a couple of drinks yesterday 1 with no ice today we made an order as 1 with no ice and the girl that helped us was extremely rude and said they do t give drinks with no ice that they charge extra I’m not sure since when but I have never had a problem in other Starbucks ordering with no ice we also picked up an online order for a friend and they never did it she said no one places an order and we showed her the order she even paid extra for oatmilk and same girl was trying to charge extra again either she’s trying to pocket some money or needs more training not sure of her name because she didn’t have a name tag but this place needs way better customer service it was not ok how she handled everything please if any manager or supervisor that reads this make sure someone is there watching the employees because this girl was so so rude n I asked to give me light ice then let me show you how much ice I took out I don’t this that’s light ice at all almost half a cup of ice I wish I could of took a pic of all the ice🤦🏻♀️n as u read other reviews I’m not the only one apparently that has the same complaint avoid this place!!save yourself...
Read moreEvery time I have coke to this Starbucks it’s always been a terrible experience. Would only go here if my usual store is too busy or I’m running late. Well that’s a mistake. They take suuuuuuper long to attend anyone that walks up, and then forgets about your order and keeps you waiting for 10-15 min bc they put your order on the drive through side. I walked up today and the order window was open. I was waiting a good few minutes while a barista clearly ignoring me making Fraps couldn’t turn around and say anything. Once I said excuse me, he half turned and said just a moment while he half was cleaned the counter. Someone finally came to attend me to only tell me they were only doing drive through orders or the Mobile app. I asked if they could put up a sign or something, and right at that moment he close the order windows to show me a hand written sign that wasn’t visible the whole time I was standing there.
