Wasn't a drive-thru which is unfortunate that Google doesn't flag as a grocery store Starbucks. This place isn't to standard for Starbucks so the execution results in inconsistent experiences. Starbucks needs to work with its 3 party locations to help them be more like a typical Starbucks. This is bad franchising in a niche market. It's cheap and very concerning for the brand. The location wasn't friendly or inviting. My drink order a cold brew with extra heavy cream wasn't made to Starbucks standards. The Safeway employee getting waters was served faster than my friend and I. I appreciate that these are bigger problems then this location can fix. Awful service. I often try to avoid this location, but couldn't today. So, I called after I realized my drink was incorrect, Rosie answers the call with, "Hello" as if it were a personal phone call. I explained to her my drink was missing the syrup. She insisted she added the pumps. I politely asked her if she would remake my drink when I came by again only for her to reluctantly say, "If you have a receipt I'll remake the drink". Seriously?
