I hear good things about this store. I live on the very east side of Seattle, and to get to this store is roughly 50 minutes each way. It was my mom's birthday and I wanted to treat her with a cake from here (since they supposedly make good cakes). My sister ordered the cake since she lives closer. Couple days later, I drove and faced lots of traffic and took me more than an hour each way to pick the cake up. I talked to the stuff (a female cashier mainly) and I was sent to the back because they supposed to have the cake ready. I didn't exactly knew how was the style of the cake because my sister ordered it, since she lives closer. Plus they only take orders by being there physically. I handed my receipt and I received the cake. I drove home and my sister saw the cake. It was a wrong cake and I called them about 10 times and they finally picked up the phone. They got mad at me because I didn't checked the cake. They said it was my fault in a very rude voice, which definitely isn't my fault. We eat no cake and I had to drive all the way with the cake to get my money back which was quiet expensive. I am truly disappointed with the stuff and their service. I will never come back to this store and I will make sure to advise people to think twice when buying/ordering something from this store....

Read moreWish this store were closer to me. Such an amazing store with a good variety of Hispanic items. The owner lady is extremely nice, and the employees there are equally lovely. I always buy fruits and desserts here every time I'm in the area. Today I asked if I could grab their discarded veggies for my chickens, the owner generously gave me 2 big boxes and told me when the best time is to come on a weekly basis. Lady, I wish your store moved to my city, I'd come daily! She was busy with another employee but took the time to ask another clerk to get things figured out for me. Parking at this place is easy and abundant, which is...
