Chen's Cafe — Restaurant in Burlington

I'm actually obsessed with this place. Anything that uses fried chicken breast (like General Tsos, Orange Chicken, etc.) Is going to be AMAZING because its fresh cooked. Also best egg rolls, fresh fried, so good.

Also, I see a couple reviews saying that the lady that works up front isn't very friendly. That's kinda true, but she's a born-and-raised Chinese woman, she doesn't speak much English and doesn't understand all American social norms. What some interpret as unfriendly is not...

Absolutely my favorite Chinese restaurant! The people are friendly and pretty much know me when I call to place an order and already know what I like. This restaurant is very clean and well kept and the food is delicious. This place is a favorite for me and my family. I purchased hibachi chicken and steak with vegetables. First, vegetables looked like they were boiled instead of fried. Second, steak had a nasty film over the meat, not really sure what it was. Appeared to have been boiled instead of stir fried. Third, chicken appeared to have been boiled as well. Neither of the two meats had a taste. Fourth, the brown rice was stale.
