Whatever you do don't make a MISTAKE on the Dominos App,and not cancel your order even though you thought that you did;because you might make the Manager mad;which may cause him to give you the pizza from the previous day or a burnt,dry,not picked up pizza like we did❗❗ The only reason why some of the pizza was eaten,is because my grandson that's Autistic just loves pizza from Dominos;but as for my daughter and I we both ended up throwing ours in the trash because it tasted old and stale like it had been sitting out. If this is the new way Dominos is doing things I need to find either a new Dominos for my grandson,or find a better Pizza place all together here in what's still a #Sundowntown; I truly feel like this was done on purpose and that our pizza was tempered with. Burlington,NC is a Racist town that has a Racist Confederate statue just about 5miles down the road that the town is proud of;if we had been a caucasin family we would've gotten an apology from the Manager and we definitely would've have gotten a burnt,dry,day old pizza.    Read moreThe first time I ordered from here the pizza made by John was absolutely 5 stars. It was delivery and he was prompt and courteous and suggested I make sure everything was in order before he left. Thumbs up John! The second time tho, the specific instructions to make the pizza well done was not followed, ingredients I didn't order were on my pizza as if they had put the wrong one then removed as much as they could and put the correct one. The pizza was lackluster. The third time was pretty good though; the place looked swamped but they were working hard and got my order out quickly and precisely.

I wish I was putting them up a star instead of down, but sadly I cannot overlook questionable service for a fourth time. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sub (extra cheese and meat, no mushrooms) from them, along with Chicken and Habanero sauce. No pizza this time. It was Monday night, it didn't seem too busy and almost as soon as I placed my order, they said it was already prepared and ready to go. I thought it would arrive in 10 minutes, like the tracker said it would. It took an HOUR to arrive from a place a few miles down the street. Not only that, but it was incorrect: the sandwich had almost no cheese, peppers, or onion, and I had BBQ sauce instead of Habanero. Honestly that the order was wrong bothered me more than it being so late. I understand that it can be hectic, especially at night, but there is really no excuse for a poorly made sandwich that takes less than 5 minutes to make.    Read moreI called for take out hoping to order my food ahead of time so that it would be ready in the 15 minutes it takes me to get to dominos but they immediately placed me on hold for the whole call. Upon arriving to dominos I ask if they’re busy in which the dude replies “no” . I then proceed to ask why I was on hold & he responds he hasn’t even received any calls . Mind you when I pull up I see him at the front counter on his personal phone ! Which is crazy ! Then I order one pizza & he tells me it’s going to take 15 minutes to cook when it could have been done if dominos’ employees weren’t slacking ! I work in fast food myself & know that this is unacceptable ! Trust & believe I don’t want to spend my hard earned money just as bad as you don’t want to work, but we all have to make sacrifices sometimes ! So I’m sitting in here for 20 minutes waiting on my pizza ! I address the guy packing then the guy who took my order finally comes around & picks my pizza up off the hot plate . Then I look at it & it barely has any pepperoni on it & no garlic butter on the crust which I asked for ! I literally don’t even want to eat it !! It looks so unappealing !!
