I'm not an objective judge of food. It's hard for me to say, "this is better than that", etc. I think there are other things to take into account, like, how hungry am I? Am I in the mood to eat that right now? How much did it cost? How was it presented? What are my expectations? I think a ratio of two of these considerations often gives me the overall impression of if I liked or didn't like something. Like, was the food delicious, but overpriced? I had never tried egg foo young before, but I'm a believer now. Great classic fried rice and pork lo mein. The hard thing now is, will you be able to eat here and temper your expectations after reading this? Maybe you'll be better than I and just enjoy it for what it is: great, classic Chinese food at a...
