Been there over 6 years besides quite expensive I had no problem..even though it was expensive I just loved going there bc of the kindness and respect but for the past almost 2 years things started changing a lot..I feel if a position has to make you rude disrespectful feel you can talk to customers anyways and now you feel others are beneath you then you don’t need it.. what happened to the person you were with the before position like it shouldn’t change you for the worse it should actually change you for the better… experiencing what I have esp with this past Friday definitely have me going elsewhere a place I now have to leave that I been at over 6 years everything in my home is Schewels but I will go elsewhere where a position don’t change you and where respect is.. and it’s sad bc if everyone choose to stop and go elsewhere your out of a job it’s bc of us buying that’s keeping you your job..and they feel well if you call corp it don’t matter because nothing going to get done about it anyway.. which was about right I get disrespected and all they can say is well besides the exchanged words she did try to help you… WHAT??!??! So she can say the things she did and it’s ok bc she tried to help.. like not professional at all… thanks for the service I did receive but after these few payments I will be going elsewhere.. and the statements that she made were incorrect and even when I proved it she gave no apology.. and that’s ok I hate to go but the disrespect ain’t worth staying.. also they made me pay for a bed and never refunded me or tried to work out anything they brought the bed here it was way to big for my kids room I called 1st thing in the morning and asked them if they can switch it to another room they said they don’t do that so I said well y’all an come right back and get it and they said they can’t come back to pick it up I asked why bc it was less than 24 hrs they never gave an answer I asked if they can please just come change the rooms since they won’t come get it they said I had to it was a complicated bed i tried and the main part had broke to the bed I went and told them and asked if they can replace it they said no bc I moved it like that’s what y’all said I had to so that left me stuck paying for a $2,500 bed that had ti be thrown in the trash and they literally didn’t try ti help out with anything at all when I asked one if they can come move it they said no and then I said well you all and come back and get it they said they can’t but I was left paying for something that I couldn’t even use and it’s like they didn’t care long as they were getting money and that’s not right I asked can you at least refund me half of the money credit they said no… I don’t leave bad reviews at all only when things gone a bit to far and this time and conversation it did things were said that shouldn’t have been professionally… If I could leave no stars I would but you have to give at least one… Pay attention customers are gone or turning because they said the place changed and now they...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! EVER! I WAS A VICTIM OF FRAUD WITH PROOF AND NO CONSIDERATION WAS GIVEN WHAT SO EVER, INSTEAD THEY ADDED MORE CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT! EVEN AFTER MY TERRIBLE ORDEAL, I HAVE BEEN KEEPING IN TOUCH AND MAKING PAYMENTS WHEN POSSIBLE. NEVER MORE THAN 2 PAYMENTS BEHIND. FINALLY I'M UP-TO-DATE AND TRYING TO JUST GET THE ACCOUNT PAID OFF WHEN I'M TOLD A $126 WAS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY FILED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AGAINST ME WHEN I WAS 2 PAYMENTS BEHIND. EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW MY SITUATION. SO NOW THE FRAUD THAT WAS COMMITTED AGAINST ME IS STILL COSTING ME MORE MONEY. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT THAT I WAS A VICTIM OF FRAUD, BUT DID THEY HAVE TO MAKE THE SITUATION WORSE? TO BE EXACT, $126 WORSE? IF I COULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD, BUT YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE AT LEAST 1 STAR IN ORDER TO POST REVIEW! WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS SETTLED, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE ALREADY STARTED TO SPREAD THE WORD. NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE WILLING TO TAKE ME TO COURT, RATHER THAN WORK WITH ME AND MY SITUATION. AGAIN, I HAVE NEVER AVOIDED THEIR PHONE CALLS AND HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM ON...

Update 09/08/18: it’s nice the company reads the reviews, we continue to love our dining set; we’ve told some friends who moved into the area about this place, bad reviews probably had finance issues (I tend to be sure I have money before I purchase something)

I lucked out on a great deal for an awesome dining set, people were pleasant & helpful … frigid day means they were quite happy to see me in the store …

Even on non-sale / non discontinued items prices were quite fair

Only slight knock was selection wasn’t the widest, thankfully they had something perfect for us.

Oh, plenty of spacious parking which is a plus if moving the...
