Hardee’s — Restaurant in Burlington

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience was not good here. I walked in at 2:30 pm, was essentially ignored, and when the gal finally looked at me, she did just that...looked at me. I asked if she was ready, and she said, "No, not really." ??? Anyway, I ordered two wraps, was overcharged, and after the cost was fixed, I waited. And waited. And waited. Two drive thru orders came thru, and still I waited. No one else came into the lobby. After nine minutes, I overheard a discussion between three employees (there were at least 5 people there) about how long the wait times were. The guy said 40 seconds for the drive thru and nine minutes for the lobby (me). About 2 minutes later I got my food and left. When I opened the bag, the wrappers on the wraps were greasy. I opened them up...they weren't wraps, they were soft tacos essentially. They forgot to put Ranch dressing on my ranch wrap. The tortillas were stale. Whereas nothing was over-the-top awful (although the wait was borderline), all the little things made this one of those "I will never go there again"...

First off paid $30 for two people some of the worst food I've had in awhile. French fries cold and stale my husband add a mushroom burger with at best a teaspoon of mushroom sauce. An employee for short red hair who appeared to be supervisor blew her nose and proceeded to pick her nose while standing at the grill and food prep area. 🤢 The soda pop fountain area was filthy and pop and tea splattered everywhere. Behind the counter in the work area on the floor we're a couple buns that has fallen and we're kicked aside unless they're. There were other items on the floor to you could tell Edna swept in a bit. Health department needs to make some serious drop by unannounced. And to top it off when we walked in there all just standing around talking and while we ate and when we were leaving they were just standing around talking and nobody bothered to...

Ordered Chicken strips afterwork & in route home first order old / not as warm as I d like. Waited 10 mins. to receive a 2 nd order that was not cooked in entirety. You can look at these straps and tell the difference. The young lady at the drive thru was a bit abrupt and upset that I d returned for quality food . I ve only been to this location a couple times but this was definitely my worse & not impressive for future visits. Dave the Manager was accommodating trying to prepare the 2nd batch which was a epic fail. I was invited to return to replace the order at a later date. Time is value & if customers have an appetite for quality food some things hold a lasting...
