Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Burlington

There was nothing wrong with the food, it was actually quite good. However, I did have a problem with one of the workers up front. I walked in and was seen right away, the girl who was helping me then started looking for my order. As she was doing this the person up front was complaining to someone and said something along the lines of: "I'll just make Ava do it" which I found out was the girl who helped me.  She stopped looking for my order because the person up front gave her quite a few jobs to do. I was waiting for quite a long time, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was the way this person up front was treating this poor girl. They then had a slight altercation and the girl said something like "I'm trying", and she clearly was. I work in customer service and if I were complaining that loudly about one of my coworkers in front of customers I would be in trouble. That girl was clearly doing her job to the best of her ability and didn't deserve to be treated in such a rude manner. Especially in front...

We had the worst experience yesterday with Pizza Hut in Burlington and are beyond happy with the experience we received with Mazzio's!! I can not thank the management, employees and delivery people enough!! My 5 month old Granddaughter is in Great River Hospital, one very sick baby girl, her parents have not left her side unless to get food we have delivered or one of them to run home and take care of their fur babies! This company reassured me today they would take care of my daughter and son in law doing a tough time and not only made sure they had a wonderful meal but they made sure it was before the scheduled time and didn't expect the kids to leave their sick daughter until they had arrive!! Thank you thank you thank you!! As a Grandmother that is 50 minutes away I am just thankful for a business like yours to help my baby take care...

We went to Mazzios for dinner tonight- one other couple was there. We ordered wings, bread, pasta & salads. Bread and pasta came out after about 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later I was asked if I had gotten my food (wings) - no. I said if they hadn't been cooked please cancel. I went up to the counter and finally got my wings & a to go box since my husband was finished eating. I was told- we got swamped- sorry. There was a least 4 people behind the counter & no one else came in. I typically like Mazzios but this is unacceptable- I took my wings home & will eat them tomorrow- as it was way past dinner time by time we drove the 30 minutes home. Customer service - 0! I feel they should have made my wait (& what I think was a forgotten order right). The wait was not worth it & there was no one...
