All Burger Kings are not created equal, well maybe created equal, but not operated with the same quality and service. This Burger King stands out clearly because the manager and the staff care and take pride in their work. How? Bathroom was very clean, no odor, had soap in the dispenser and yes! paper towels to dry ones hands and wipe your face...thank you! I ordered using an offer from TMobile Tuesdays for a free Whopper. I use Burger King's app (a real money saver by the way) any time I go there. But using two apps and expecting them to work together toward the goal of anything free is problematic at best. I could not get Burger King's app to accept the code from TMobile, nor could the cashier or another staff member, so the manager was called. Rather than being irritated or impatient, she was sympathetic to my plight and together we finally navigated ourselves through the myriad of scenes until the Burger King magic code appeared on screen. I was also able to get a large fry for $1 and a cheese burger for my traveling companion for $. 59 with the Burger King app. The food was ready before I could get my drink cup filled and to my delight the fries were piping hot as was my Whopper! I DESPISE even luke warm food, so thank you Burger King. All the tables were totally clean, the beverage bar was clean and orderly and the catsup dispenser was neat and full. While I was eating, a staff member took advantage of a slow down in customers to tidy up and restock lids and catsup cups and straws. In my fast food places employees would have looked at it and said, "good enough." No, this young woman took neatness to the next level. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Both times we have been here their broilers aren't going so all that we can get is chicken. No problem, so we were interrupted several times because they were having problems on their end no big deal maybe they are new. But then they just stopped talking so I continued the order. Once we got to the drive-throw window the girl with the short hair running the drive-throw was rude, wasn't paying attention to what was said, then when she was done with the order she just slammed the window without letting us know that we had everything another girl had to come up and let us know. While all this was going on 3 people had driven off because of the wait time. Not sure if they were understaffed but it was the worst service I've ever received there. I will not be back to that...
Read moreFirst time through the drive thru service was good and food was hot BUT both sandwiches were made incorrectly from what was ordered and on the ticket so we had to drive back through. Not only was there no apology but they actually asked for the sandwiches back as if we were making it up that they had screwed up. Now I can see questioning that if we were a car full of teenagers laughing and joking but we are mid 40s couple with one kid in the car. Literally the back of your shirts state that you get it the way you want it. If that’s your motto then reading a ticket and making the sandwich correctly should be the norm.
