Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

First time going to this location and our order was not correct. Which happens, yes i know. But when asking for it to be corrected the service had a complete turn around. We had to wait a second time and was given no incentive for this even when asking. One person said yeah no problem we will get this corrected Then another person came out from the back and said this will not be fixed unless you pay the difference. I then showed her my order word for word from my phone showing that i was not the one who made the mistake and she refused to budge. So we paid the difference of 6.00.

I also asked to purchase the pizzas they messed up on at a discount so that it wasnt thrown out and I was denied this.

Are there shut down cuz supposedly there's a snowstorm which it wasn't even that bad out on Tuesday so you couldn't get the $10 pizzas that day so I called him up on Wednesday if I can they still honor that all you hear is someone in back chuckling to me that's a bunch of b/s all I do is ask a simple question and they should honor it cuz it's not our fault they were closed but on their website says they're open so I drove all the way down there to get it and they were closed they should at least honor it for wasting people's...

Ordered a pizza with creamy red sauce and got a pizza with ranch. I gave the girl my name so she could check the order, she mumbled something about "we don't really" and then asked me what I ordered. You need to read the ticket, her best offer to fix it was, well I'll tell my manager and you can get a refund when you come in again, I had it delivered, I'm in no position to drive out to Papa Murpheys because you messed up the main ingredient. Kind of a problem if you don't like ranch and get a whole...
