Wow! Either everyone decided for two days in a row that chicken was the best meal... or they were SEVERELY understaffed. The first day I waited in line with ten or so other cars for over a half hour. I finally put my order in through the app, and thought I'd be smart and just go inside to pick it up. Ten minutes later, my order's ready, and the line still hasn't moved... Too top it off, the lobby was locked... you couldn't get in if you tried.
The second day, I waited about twenty minutes and only one car had moved forward, so I left, ran an errand and came back to a line longer than when I left. I stayed in line, then my toddler woke up screaming. At this point, I couldn't leave the line because the drive through boxes you in. It's either a curb and a plummet, or a building and speaker... another ten minutes go by while I'm losing my mind due to a incessantly screaming 2-year-old. And I finally was able to leave... I really like the food... But I'm not sure it was worth the wait. In fact, unless someone else offers to pick it up, I may not go back to this location. Someone needs to tell corporate they have some problems which need fast fixing!
... At least this time they weren't, "Oit of chicken" 2 hours...

I said well I ordered one of each how are you only telling me youāre out of one. The general manager was there and he told me there was nothing they could do so I got food that had no sauce because thereās nothing you can do when you only carried the spicy sauces for your sandwiches at this point so I paid for food I didnāt get but thereās nothing you can do as a company or at a restaurant level that to me is just ridiculous in a customer service base business. The first time I didnāt even say anything or complain I just went with the flow, but this is ridiculous. Employee said it was not and he could replace the white meat with Crispy. I said ok. All of a sudden, a female employee comes to the window and says they cannot do that because of "the deal." I explained that there was no deal and also no extra charge for all dark meat. I also reminded the employee that white meat is more expensive than dark meat. The employee just shook her head and said, "the deal" -- whatever that means. Chicken was cold and overcooked. This will be my last visit to KFC.
