Subway — Restaurant in Burnsville

Absolutely unacceptable. A Subway employee named Jason was livestreaming himself making sandwiches and carelessly allowed the camera to show my receipt, which exposed my personal phone number on TikTok during a stream that reached over 100K viewers. Since then, I’ve been harassed with nonstop spam calls and disturbing messages. This is a blatant invasion of privacy and possibly a legal violation.

I’ve reached out to Subway corporate multiple times with no response—no apology, no accountability, absolutely nothing. I demand that Jason be fired, the video removed, and that Subway take real steps to ensure this never happens again—not just for me, but for any customer.

To make things worse, Jason was rude and dismissive when I confronted him. When I asked to speak with a manager (after one of the prank callers told me he saw the video live), Jason claimed he was the manager. When I asked who he reports to, he said the owner, who is "never available." Completely unprofessional.

This location is a mess, and until Subway steps in, I highly recommend avoiding it. There are other Subway locations in the area—go there instead.

If anyone has a working corporate contact number, please share it. I want to speak to someone who will actually address this....

I made my order at 1:45 PM asking for the order to be ready at 2:05 pm with curbside pickup. I arrived at 2:05 pm , waited until 2:15 pm to walk inside the restaurant asking where my order is. The, I am assuming manager, replied back we are working on it now and will be ready when complete. I told her I ordered 30 minutes before and she told me she just got there (life this is my problem you just got there)!!!! I then went back to my car and waited an additional 5 minutes for a employee to hand me my order. Got back to work and the order is missing the chips I ordered!!! Worst curbside delivery service I have ever experienced. Not to mention the "manager" was not dressed in any way representing Subway at all short of being behind...

Got to this location at 10:53 on a Friday night when they close at 11. Usually I’m not a last minute customer because I understand working retail, but I worked both my jobs back to back and then took my daughter to urgent care so had a long day and needed a quick dinner. The open sign was still on, but the front door was locked. The guy working was behind the counter and then walked in the back to not acknowledge me. He stayed back there until 11 and then turned off the lights and the open sign. I was happy this location was open until 11 after the day I had, but this was a huge let down! I worked from 830am-9pm, then was in urgent care with my sick child. Just unbelievable, but after reading the other reviews it...
